Taking down carefully copper/Aluminium point wiring for light/fan/socket/power point and taking down of teak wood batten / PVC casing caping/PVC conduit/steel conduit etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including PVC casing & caping with accessories fixed on surface of walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves/dash fasteners with cadmium plated screws, all as per IS, terminated in existing/New wooden terminal box for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including new 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover, fixed on top of terminal box complete making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceilings /floors etc incl. plaster paint and putti.etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor fire resistant low smoke (FRLSH) PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade confirming to IS-694 drawn through non metallic rigid PVC heavy duty conduit in concealed (min 20 mm external dia) but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No. 19.125 of SSR Part-I ISI marked with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc fixed concealed/recessed in wall or ceiling including 1.5 mm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed copper earth wire including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes electro plated of suitable size with bakellite white/coloured top sheet cover 3.0 mm thick for one light point controlled by one way switch etc complete all as specified and directed. Identifying and rectifying the defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down defective switch/socket/ceiling rose/holders/fittings / fixtures any type, rectification of faulty electric circuits, tightening of loose connections, replacment of old u/s wiring/conduits/casing caping & connections .etc complete all as specified and directed.

Identifying/detecting defects in unserviceable wiring and rectifying the defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down defective MCBs SP /SPN/DPs/TPN any type, rectification of faulty due to loose connection in electric circuits, tightening of loose connections, replacement of U/S MCBs, U/S portion of conductor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 48 & 49 :- (a) All T & P/Stationeries and labour team required comprising of twoNos of trained electricians & helpers will be provided by the contractor daily, as directed. (b) Rep of the contractor will present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs at the time of lodging the complaint. In absence of rep of Contractor penal recovery as decided by GE shall be imposed & on contractor. (c) Cost of minor stores such as screws,clamps,insulation tapes,nuts/bolts, nail of required size etc shall be deemed included in the above quoted rate. However, major items such as switches, sockets, bell push, fan regulator, air conditioning condensers and sensors etc shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'. (d) Complaints where complete replacement of circuit/point wiring required shall be measured under relevent item. (e) If contractor fails to rectify the complaint with in 24 hours after receiving, Rs 500/- per complaint will be penalised.
