Attending repair maintenance in luff gear box fitted with boom of 6 Ton Mukand Wharf crane at Junglighat wharf as per the direction of EIC at height of 15 mtr to 30 mtr from ground level by dismantling the coupling of motor, brake system after arresting the boom safely, remove the thruster/brake shoes, brake bads spring etc remove the oil, grease from the gear box, cleaning the gear box, checking the gears, bearing inside the gear box, Gasket, drive and non drive end shaft bearing, bushes etc replace the damaged gear bearing ,bush, gasket, Oil Seals etc if required and repair/replace the damaged parts if required assemble the gear box, brake shoe, brake thruster other allied parts on its original position, test checking of performance of the gear box and brakes system including cost of all materials for fabrication of suitable working platform with MS plates, MS Angles, MS Channels as required to complete the work as per the requirement of site condition etc, labour charges, transportation charges, safety equipments, safety belts, wire rope, nylon ropes, ‘D’ shackle, wire grip, Insurance, lifting materials, hydraulic jack, Chain pulley block, minor tools & plants LWC, GST, Port charges, cost of grease, lubrication oil etc. complete. Repair/Replacement of defective gear oil circulation pump motorised grease pump fitted with luff gear box of 6 Ton Mukand wharf crane at Junglighat as per the direction of EIC at the height of 15 mts to 30 mts from ground level by dismantle the inlet, out let hoses, strainers, filter, gear pump, motor, motorised grease pump from the luff gear box checking and attending the required repair/replacement of pump, motor, coupling, bed foundation for pump, hoses, strainers and providing on/off 3 phase electrical starter for the gear oil circulating gear pump, motorized grease pump with suitable cable, providing cover for the gear pump and grease pump so as to protect the pumps from the rain, test checking of the performance of gear oil circulating pump, Motorised grease pump including cost of hoses, strainers, filters, pump, motor, cable, starter, wiring cable, bed foundation, all labour charges, materials charges, minor tools LWC, GST, Port charges, transportation charges, Insurance etc., complete.
