M/L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but n.exc 0.11 Sqm in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles, with 15 mm thick cement screed bed 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but n.exc 0.38 Sqm in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles, with 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick / block masonry built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and clearing off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound finished even and smooth etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement in ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats white wash ccomplete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories,bath and WC's etc shall be as under:-

(i) Application of Two component acrylic modified cementitious coating. (a) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement litance, existing coatings and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from litanceand any other form of surface contamination. the installation instructions in manufacturer's published literature should be strictly compiled with, including but not limited to the following:- (b) Chipping out any visible cracks in ' V- Groove' pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part cleaning of cracks and then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putyy/ Dr Fixit 302 SBR latex/ perma latex SBR / FOSROC Nitibond SBR latex/ Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush and vaccum pressure if required. (c) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified cemetitious coating of Sika Top seal - 107/brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/ CICO. (d) While the surface is still damp from saturation (SSD), apply one coat of acrylic modified cementitious coating of Sika Top seal- 107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr fixit / STP/ CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions. (e) Apply glass fabric sheet of Sika Fab 1 / FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP while the first coat is wet. (f) Once touch dry apply second coat of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal- 107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr FiXit/ STP/ CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions on the entire area. (g) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (h) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimu 300mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface. (j) It is essential to cure acrylic modified cementitious coating immediately after application ( minimum 6-8 hrs drying) for a minimum of 3 to 54 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking.

(k) A protection plaster ( 12-15 mm thick) in CM 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound has to be applied on the walls. (l) Providing and applying a protection screed of 50 mm thick 1:4 cement sand mortar admixed with Sika plastocrtete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces. Admixutre for item( k&l) above : Sika Plastocrete Plus/ FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/ CICO confirming to IS 2645 (m) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with elastic waterproofing sealing tape with a woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansions zone in the centre of make Sika Seal Tape S/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP. (n) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations until placement of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. (o) waterproofing treatment has to be carried out through applicators authorised.(ii) All the joints of pipesand traps within sunken portion shall be selaed properly by Epoxy sealant. (iii) All CI traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3 (min 15cm) all - round. (iv) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) complete all as specified. (v) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall ( Approx 450mm to 600 mm long) including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (vi) Providing 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm grade stone aggregate as in flooring for laying floor finish all as specified. Note :- Item (iv),(v) & (vi) above shall be measured and paid seprately.

M&L for providing GI pipe heavy class of dia 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made solid Panel PVC moulded door shutter, 30mm thick (style) consisiting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. M.S. frame shall covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail, bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made double extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65x125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
