Surface dressing of the ground including removing of vegitation and in equalities as required and levelling of the ground including bush cutting etc including disposal of the wastages/materials by mechanical/mannual means means as required or as per the directions of Engineer Encharge complete

Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundation/terraces with required depth including removal of excavated soil/slush etc. ,dressing of bed and sides ,dewatering (if any) of trenches till construction upto ground level is achieved and disposal of excavated soil as directed by the Engineer incharge including all leads ,lifts and Carriage by mechanical means as required complete. Providing and laying stone soling tightly hand packed under foundations, footings ,floors etc. including carriages of materials from source to site of work complete in all respects.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all works upto plinth level.

Providing form work including Centering ,shuttering , strutting, propping etc. using ply wood sheeting with water proofing ply board (12 mm min .thickness) and removal of the same for( All work at all levels complete.).-

Providing and fixing paneling or paneling/ glazing in paneled or paneled & glazed shutters for windows and clerestory windows (area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion in side grooves or rebates to be measured). Paneling for paneled or paneled glazed shutters.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick T&G planks made of imported wood (New zealand pine or equivalent) on wood work in false ceiling, wall/wall partitions sawn and put up in position ( budloo wood Ceiling Joists of 50 mm x 65 mm in sections placed @ 600 mm C/C both ways or as required at site). including cost of necessary adhesive & cost of nails etc. all complete upto floor 5 level as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete).(For panelling /Ceilings/Soffits etc.)

Providing and fixing planed eves boarding of Ist class local kail wood (250 x 35 mm ) N/S with necessary grooves and chamfer as per detailed drawing / as per the directions of Engineer Incharge (ornamental Eaves Boarding):-

Providing and fixing Track deck crill make or equivalent H.I. rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020 mm cover width 28-35 mm high crests at 250 to 255 mm T.C.T(total coated thickness) high tensile S.M.P Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 no stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on side Lapps for purlins support and anti-capillary flute inside Lapp. The sheets shall have a hot dip metallic coated of zinc and aluminum (150 gms /sm) zinc/aluminum coating mass total on both sides AZ-150 as IS -1397 ,550 MPA yield stress. Providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of S.M.P over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including side and end Lapp and using 8mm Galvalume hex self-drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all sides and end Lapps etc (.measured for unit of laid area) (0.50 mm thickness )

Providing and fixing ist quality ceramic glazed tiles in floors etc 300 x 300 mm of 10 mm minimum thickness approved make like NITCO, Orient, Somany, Kajaria or equivalent make of specified shades except Burgundy bottle green black of any size as approved by consultant over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kgs per Sq.m including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Providing and fixing 1st quality Vitrified tiles in floor/ Walls /skirting etc. of standard thickness of approved make in all colours, shades, design and prints as approved by the engineer-in-charge over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per Sqm. Including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade with all lead, lift, labour, materials, tools, plants complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge .(600 x600 mmm)

Granite Work :- Providing and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished (premoulded and pre polished), machine cut for kitchen platform, vanity counters window sills facias,flooring,steps,risers and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. .Granite of different colours,shades and shapes as per the Sample approved by Engineer-in-charge/ consultant ( 18mm thick. and slab area over 0.50 sq m.)

Extra for providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick to Ganite stone counters, Vanities ,risers of steps etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc.complete at all levels. as per design and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing of 50mm dia stainless steel railing of 304 grade of hallow tube 1.6 mm thick of Jindal/Salem make or equivalent including welding and fixing with stainless steel machine screws for making required size and shape, buffing etc. Complete and fixing stainless steel balusters upto 900 mm height and S S tubes, three in one installed horizontally including cutting, welding, grinding to required shape and size by required steel dash fasteners, nuts, bolts, screws ,etc. in floors and treads including providing SS shoe at each balusters complete as per architectural drawings and as per the directions of engineer incharge including cutting of granite/marble floors and fastening with lead grouting if required, complete in all respects.

Extra for Providing & fixing of stainless steel nevel post (Ornamental) including top ball of 304 grade of required height duly anchored to floor with dash fasteners Complete as per the directions of Engineer incharge.

15 mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall in (1 cement: 6 coarse sand mix). Upto floor V level complete in all respects (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc. upto site of work complete).

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement conc. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry stone agg. 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidation and grouted with fine sand incl. finishing the top smooth.

Providing and fixing Ward Robe made up of 35 mm thick imported K.D wood frames, shutters, shelves(2 Nos) wherever required. The back of ward robes shall be fixed with 6 mm thick ply board of superior quality, including 125 mm thick imported cornice with grooves and mouldings wherever required. The exposed surfaces of the ward robe (shutters, outer frame and shelves) shall be finished with touch wood polish of superior quality.
