M&L for rewinding of HT/LT coils of transformer of capacity 25 KVA to 500 KVA, (11KV/433V) with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and existing number of turns alongwith insulating material i.e leatheroid, paper insulation, cotton tapes, empire tapes, wooden block packings, PVC sleeves, soldering and varnishing with insulating varnish , heating/drying etc including replacement of top cover gasket made out of lethcrised celbatce sheet 4 mm thick including leak proofing by shalak solution complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Transformer rewinding will be done at workshop of approved manufacturer available in CE zone list . (ii) Transformer will be inspected by 'Rep of HQ CWE(AF) TKD before and after repair.

Taking down/dismantling from foundation base and refixing back to the site after repair of any capacity of transformer by using Hydra mechine complete and including tranportation shifting to approved manufacturer/workshop including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note- Dismantling and fixing after rewinding and transportation from 54 ASP to workshop and workshop to 54 ASP will be paid as one job

Replacement of breather assembly of approved make filled with silica gel suitable for transformers of following capacity

Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil by means of centrifugal filtration plant to achieve the specified dielectric strength of 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap as per IS-355 in existing position of transformer of any capacity and transformer oil for topping up at various sub station complete all specified and as directed. NOTE:- Transformer oil for TOP UP shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality (Dielectric strength not less than 50 KV) ISI marked for filling in transformer for topping up all as directed.

M&L for spray painting of transformer after cleaning the body surface of transformer after preparation of old painted surface by rubbing with emery paper to remove oil stains, dust etc and applying two coat of snthetic enamel paint by spray paint incl writing SM No/MES No , capacity of transformers of following capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note- The contractor has to arrange their own local generator for supply to the spray painting machine.

M&L for laying of cable by trenchless technology under the road, path, culvert etc including HDPE/PPR pipe 100 mm bore as a cover to protect cable . Note:- (i) Cable will be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch. (ii) Work will be carried out in civil area under the old Delhi Gurgaon High way starting from defence area and terminating to defence area. Any approval required to lay the trenchless cable will be obtained by the contractor from the respective department and no extra payment will be made to the contractor on this account. If the depatment found the negligency to obtain the permission by the contractor from the old Delhi Gurgaon Highway etc, no extention of time on this ground shall be allowed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement of HT XLPE insulated ,screened,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured ,electric power cables(heavy duty) with aluminium conductor,11000 volts(earthed) , grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core for working voltage upto 11000 Volts, including cable lugs for providing connections as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose for laying cables, erection of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning/sand covering including well ramming for underground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,type 1,flat ,size 300 mm X 180mm X 40 mm of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cable route indicator for HT UG Cable of 11000 Volts 80 mm dia CI plate marked on HT cable bolted with 40 x 5 mm flat iron member of height 0.9 mtr, embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate of size 20 x 20 x 30 cm block complete all as specified and directed.

Locating of fault in exixting HT 11 KV 3 core 95/120 sqmm XLPE 11 KV(E) under ground cable by means of hiring fault locating machine mounted on 4 wheeler vehicle to locate fault in Defence/Civil area approximately 1.0 to 5.0 KM range by deploying skilled supervisior and labour for the purpose complete with all T&P & labour to find fault as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Note-The area of this contract is very critical for safety reason so as to contractor has to arrange 24X7 hours fault locating machine and jointing kit when fault occurs. In case of failure to detect the fault within two to three hours, the contractor shall penalized double the quoted rate for per day.

Dismantling of old/damaged HT electric pole any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of unserviceable steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug,bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 , 11 Mtr long including necessary earth work for foundation of pole, cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggreate stone aggregate in foundation and coaping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm stone graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of upper cover of servo Voltage stabilizer of capacity 200/300 KVA after disconnecting electrical connection for overall servicing , cleaning of dust and replacement of complete old wiring with FRLS copper conductor of suitable size in proper layout and tight with tie including replacement of any unserviceable parts i.e main transformers and dimmerstat (Variac) three phase , servo moter , carbon bush or any other parts complete including testing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet ,vitreous enamelled white with letters,figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps,bolts and nut of approved size,for HT ,25 X 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Off load tap changer of transformer rating from 75 KVA to 500 KVA as per the existing make of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Testing and calibration for VCB testing for proper tripping and making contact in case of fault. This item includes all routine test of VCB for proper tripping in case of fault and tripping time should be set lesser than DHBVN end so as to fault will not feed back to DHBVN. The contractor has to collect the data of tripping time from DHBVN and tripping time should be set lesser timing in our end. All control wiring of VCB should be cleaned and serviced and change the unserviceable part as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. The unserviceable item will be paid sepeartely. Note:- The test should be done by authorised dealer of VCB. The contractor should arraange the tool required to test and calibration the VCB.

Testing and calibration for SF6 CB testing for proper tripping and making contact in case of fault. This item includes all routine test of SF6 CB for proper tripping in case of fault and tripping time should be set lesser than our incoming end VCB. All control wiring of SF6 CB should be cleaned and serviced and change the unserviceable part as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. The unserviceable item will be paid sepeartely. Note:- The test should be done by authorised dealer of SF6. The contractor should arraange the tool required to test and calibration the VCB.

Taking down unserviceable cable 95 sqmm 3 core cable from trenches in the Delhi Gurgaon Highway in front 54 ASP complete all as sepecified and directed.

M&L for drilling hole under hard standing /road in different location as per site requirement (between 03 mtr to 12mtr maximum) for laying of pipe for protection of cable etc by means of manual bookie and without disturbing the top surface and making good the disturbed surface if any complete all as sepecified and directed.
