Fabrication of TRPF Bottom Roller shell in following specification as per mill drawing no-ASR/MH/280J, Shell Tip dia-966mm (with Hardfacing 3mm thick), Shell Root dia- 786mm with Hardfacing (3mm each side), No of Teeth Row- 13, No teeth in each row-12, Shell Length- 1520mm, Shell Plate thickness- 25mm thick, Tooth plate thickness- 25mm thick, Direction of Rotation fo Roller- Anit Clock wise viewing from drive end Note:- 3mm thick Hardfacing on all over of sheel and teeths.
