M&L for Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position and M&L for Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using old bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Old bricks retrieved from dismentling including cleaning and removal of mortar from old bricks shall be reused.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick , area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sq m but not exceeding 0.11Sq m in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment to match over and including screed layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S/F of Glazed cereamic coloured tiles of size 300X200X7mm/ 300x450x7 mm thick in vertical surfaces and in skirting, dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Vitrified ceramic tiles (Light Shade) 9-10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar(1:6) for laying floor finishes including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of steel chowkhats,bed blocks, coping etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) of size not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 herein before but size exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each.

Taking down shutters of any description,easing, adjusting and refixing in the same opening exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Pressed steel frames made of 1.25mm thick MS sheet of profile 105x60mm for door and window frames with one rebate including lock strike plate, shock absorber, 20mm dia 60mm long MS conduit for housing of a drop bolt, treating of internal surfaces of chowkhats with coal tar or black paint including hinges, hold fasts/lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 12 above here-in-before but size 125x60mm with double rebate.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube complete all as specified in clause 8B.3.1 and shown on page 150 of MES Schedule Part-II (2010) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supply and fixing in the frame at site as per clause 8 B.2.1 of MES schedule Part-II (2004) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair (without using extra cement) including taking down cement plaster from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water & Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk white primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of brick walls or conrete surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, in ceiling, soffits of chajja or similar location etc including taking down cement plaster from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water & Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified & directred.

S&F galvanised steel water tubes 15 mm bore medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including taking down corroded GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ roof for removing old bitumen coat/ any other type of treatment etc., by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dirt/ dust etc, including rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on roof surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.5 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr per sqm including preparation of roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for polythene film, 150 micron thick, laid on roofs with 150 mm overlaps laid on roofs over and including 80 mm thick average consolidated thickness mud phuska on flat roofs including 25 mm thick mud plaster etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No 91 here-in-before but using old brick tiles retrieved from dismantling (item No 84 or 85 above here-in-before) including cleaning and removal of mortar from tiles complete all as specified and directed
