Equipment labour for filtration of transformer oil as in topping up by filtration plant to remove moisture and carbon contents to achieve dielectric strength of oil up to 50KV in 4mm gap and producing test result on records before and after filtration and including Disconnecting the HT and LT cables and cleaning the bus bar surfaces and reconnecting the cables by providing copper washers, bolts, nuts etc complete all as specified and directed Note - Oil required for topping up while for filtaration will issued under respective item of Sch A .

Supply only transformer oil to be incorporated in item No 14.00 above as per IS -335 and all as directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L For taking out unserviceable HV 11 KV bushings and replacing HV 11 KV Bushings with copper/brass stud complete with rubber gasket, brass bolts, brass nuts all for 11KV/0.433 KV transformer of rating upto 50 KVA to 300 KVA complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix in Replacement Silica Gel Breather with silica gel for 11 KV Transformer of Rating from 50 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of Brass gate Valve size 40mm including switch off electric supply of incoming and out going of the trnsformer drain out all oil complete oil from main tank stored to suitable container taking out non-functional gate valve from existing drain out system with suitable size end cap including refilling of transformer oil up to mark lavel of transformer capacity 50 to 300 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of LT insulator 1100 volts grade suitable for transformer 50 to 300 KVA 11/0.433 KV complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of HT insulator 11000 volts grade suitable for transformer 50 to 300 KVA 11/0.433 KV complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for maintenance free chemical Gel based earthing, GI Pipe in Pipe type having 80 mm dia 3 mtr long GI pipe (Wall thickness of 3.2 mm) 50 Kg back fill compound all as required at site including testing on completion and taking down of old earthing complete all as specified and directed Note : (a) Earth resistance of earth pit should be less than 1.0 Ohms on testing after completion. If the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Supply and fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn into conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any indicated situation for loop earthing etc Galvanised Iron strip 32mmx6mm and includidng taking out unserviceable GI strip of any sizes complete all as specified and directed

M&L for MS chequered plates of not less than 6 mm thick of sizes as per site requirement incl cutting , welding of strip on the edges for proper fixing and provn of handles for lifting & fixing arrangement as shown & directed.incl taking out the old & unserviceble chequered plates.including one coat of primer & 2 coats of synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour all as directed.

Servicing and maintenance of HT 11KV Switch SF 6 panels decorbonising of all contact points including greasing of the moving parts,cleaning of the moving/Stationary contact with CTs, Removing of moisture by means of hot air blower,general servicing of the switchgear,renewal of gaskets,nuts/bolts etc complete including testing of the switch gear after repairs and including relays calibration and tsting of all relays with setting with connected load complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- 1. Each switch gear/Load break switch/breaker shall be counted as a separate unit for the purpose of measurement. 2.Servicing shall be carried out after every Six month period all as directed by Engineer in charge . 3. Proper take care shall be taken to isolate the supply and it shall be ensured that repairs are carried out on No LIVE switch gears. 4. During this period any fault megger volues with test certificate should submitted.5.Checking of all electrical connection for its proper tightness. 6.if in case any brakedown the service engineer attened the brake down immiediately and make the HT Switch Gear serviciable with in 8 working hours.

Supply and fix in repairs HT Barrel fuses 11 KV grade of following ratings current carrying capacity complete all as specified and directed
