Supply of ICAO complied rotating aerodrome beacon 30 flashes per minute ,white and green lights suitable to operate on 240V 50 hz AC supply complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of elevated ruway edge /end /threshold / approach / taxiway light fittings with all accessories on the existing transformer housing box i/c. assembling of accessories, alignment, levelling, installation of isolating transformer, crimping / jointing of plug & receptacles including filling the gap with water sealent material& applying PVC HT insulation tape as required for complete etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of PAPI System (04 units) along with all its accessories i/c. transformer housing boxes, bases for checking stick including finalization of location, taking level & setting right angles (minimum 03 times) by Total Station / Theodolite, excavation, RCC foundation (1:2:4) upto required level, plastering, refilling, providing foundation bolts and nuts, fitting, fixing, cleaning, marking, earthing, connecting, providing pipe for secondary leads, painting and ground calibration of the system etc. complete as required.

Installation testing commissioning of Rotating beacon on top ATC tower with suitable foundation and mounted as per specifications complete as required.

Supply of cast iron isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330 mm dia, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer, power cable and having hole as per site requirement at the periphery, centre 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50 mm dia HDPE/medium class G.I pipe and one no of suitable hole to receive 15mm B class G.I pipe for loop earthing as required. The box should have two SS earh bolts of M10x40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from hole centre) and having drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 06 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to centre distance of 260mm alongwith bolts as required as per the drawings. Single Hole CI Housing Box

Installation of Transformer Housing Box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick, the top sloppedd with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 250mm long 15mm dia. "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling etc. complete as required.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Crash siren (Horizontal Double mounting carbon brush less AC motor) suitable for operation at 240V 50 hz AC supply and audible range range should of 3 Km.

Making field connections by crimping 6 Sq.mm plug and receptacle with existing 6 sq.mm single core PVC copper conductor PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable/XLPE cable including filling the gap with water sealing compound, applying HT insulation tape, over which PVC tape etc. as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 50mm dia ISI marked G.I. pipe (mediumclass) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching(75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 15mm dia ISI marked G.I. pipe (mediumclass) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching(75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep ( inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design
