Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.20B).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Part Cement, Four Part Fine Aggregate and Eight Part Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers (TNBP No.28).

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting uptp 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cmx6.5cm dia spaced about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre tocentre etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers. TNBP No.30

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and six coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. TNBP No:30

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - ( TNBP No:30)

Brick Work in CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of M- sand) mix using best quality sing new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing the concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:31

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of M-sand) mix for 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:56&57

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of mild steel Griil Gate and Design Grill, including providing one coat of red oxide primer. The rates shall inclusive of cost of all materials,Conveyence and all labour charges for fixing in position by dismantling the masonry, concrete etc. and redoing the same to the original condition duly packed with concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. TNBP No:66-A

Painting with two coats of Approved colour of best quality synthetic enamel paint, painting over new iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (New Iron Surface).TNBP No:66&66-A

Finishing the top of flooring with granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc – 25mm tk etc., Complete.
