Top overhauling of departmental water tanker no. JK02AD-5706 by way of dismantling of engine, cleaning and washing of all the parts with kerosene oil. P/F of 4 No. pistons, piston rings -1 set, cylinder sleeves- 1 set, head valve and guide – 1 set, 1 No. head gasket set complete assembling of all the parts. P/F of 12 ltrs. M-oil, 1 No. filter set, 1 No. air filter set. Repairs to head by way of head facing/repairing of head. Assembling and fitting of engine. Repair to the turbo system of the vehicle by providing and fitting of turbo core assembly, turbo hose, turbo bend with overhauling of turbo system. Job includes repair to the front left side leaf spring assembly by dismantling of left side leaf spring assembly. P/f of 01 no. centre bolt, 1 No. front left side leaf spring – 6th. Repair to both rear leaf spring assemblies, providing and fitting of 02 Nos. centre bolts, providing and fitting of 04 Nos. leaf spring bushes. Assembling of leaf springs. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges.

Repair to departmental water tanker No. JK02AD-5703 by way of repair to the clutch system of the vehicle, dismantling of gear and clutch assembly, cleaning of parts with kerosene and Dhoti cloth. Providing and fitting of new clutch plate – 1 No., new pressure plate – 1 No., new clutch release bearing, 1 no. clutch fork, fly wheel facing, threading, welding etc. providing and fitting of new nuts and bolts, assembling and refitting of gear with the vehicle and testing. Job includes checking of all the four wheels after dismantling of wheels. Segregation of components, washing properly all the component in K-Oil. Providing and fitting of front wheel bearing inner 01 no., rear wheel bearing outer 01 no., rear wheel bearing inner - 01 No. All oil seals, wheel cylinder – 02 Nos., brake oil- ½ ltr., P&F of 01kg grease, greasing of all the wheels, making adjustment of brakes and bleeding thereof. Job includes opening of propeller shaft. Providing and fitting of Universal Joint cross - 02 nos., cross holder-2 nos., centre bearing -1 No., shaft bolts with nuts and washers including welding and machining work. Assembling and refitting. Job includes providing and fitting of 1 No. gear lever kit, rod (T-type), 1 no. tappet cover packing and +1 no. alternator pipe. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges.

P/f of 02 nos. centre bolts, 1 No. rear left side leaf spring – 5th , 1 No. rear right side leaf spring 4th. P/f of 02 Nos. U-clamps with bolts, 02 Nos. U-bolts with nuts, Kamini bushes – 04 Nos. Assembling of leaf springs. Providing and fitting of 1 No. Horn. Job includes repair to chassis of the vehicle by way of lifting of water tank with jack, dismantling of damage channel from chassis of the vehicle, providing, welding of new channel on the chassis of the vehicle. Refitting of tank on its original position. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges.
