M&L for RCC (1:1½:3) type A-1 using graded stone aggregate as chajja, fins, louvers, roof projection, beam and lintel after removing of loose concrete including preparation of surface by application of de-rusting chemical such as Dr fixit rust remover or equivalent and welding additional main bars/ distribution bars by inserting to adequate depth in beam by drilling, priming reinforcement bar old/ new with a coat of anti corrosive Nitozinc primer of M/s FOSROC in and including demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for., removal of excavated material n exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surface as in chajja, ceiling etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement including application of two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding etc. as required for 9.00 metre height.

M&L for 5mm thick floating coat in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only of WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement cement complete all as specified and directed.
