Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Fencing Posts, strut (Wood or Steel or RCC) etc. of any section including taking out embeded portionin concrete, brick wk and masonry and making good disturbed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar,PCC bed blocks of mild steel posts, PCC coping/RCC Jalli etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation of poles and filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick Work in CM 1:6 with Sub Class 'B burnt clay Bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6Mtr mean radius all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with burnt clay old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on any faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Dismantling of chain link fencing wire of any type

Excavation in postholes (or similar holes) each nexc 0.5 cu m, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance nexc 50m and making good surface of any type of soil.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as, foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel framed work, such as steel post and struts in fencing incl drilling holes, notching for wire etc, including straining bolts, hold fasts, wall ties, clamps angle iron etc with end bar shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spike, framed guard bars, railing, frame work and similar work conforming to Fe - 290 Gde E-165 , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F chain link MS galvanisd fencing, 4mm dia of wire and mesh size 75x75 mm including line wires, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No. 13 here-in-before but except chain link fixing only

S&F mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking , bending , binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia ,or securing with clips of Fe-410W(Gde.E250) quality -A or Fe290(Gde-E-165) as in fancing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long

Dismantling of barbed fencing wire of any type

S&F galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

All as per srl item No. 18 here-in-before but fixing only except barbed wire retrived from item No. 17

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for joint free coloured/stone finish/digital/printed/high lighter Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface such as dado etc 450mmX 300mmX 7 to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite stone slab 20mm thick machine cut, in skirting/dado jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered ,old/un decorated surfaces of brick/concrete/stone wall surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of cement base Paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint on old treated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for preparing new plastere or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in , sub base, plinth protection and surface rough finished complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, etc, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment including laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling old u/s existing tile complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed blocks, surface channels, drains, sides of path including form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (red/yellow/grey) any shape and size having glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment including laid over 25mm thick sand cushioning bed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out bushes at any height of the bldg and necessary scaffolding digging out roots old brick walls and filling holes with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and removing of roots/bushes to a distance n.exc 50m and clearing the sites complete all as directed

M&L for providing precast RCC Jalli 35 mm thick(Measured solid), including all moulding type B-0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of wall in CM 1:3 including 20mm thick cement rendering in cm 1:6complete all as spd and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for RCC structures including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilliate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Precast Cement Concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) , water troughs and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for including grills, door, truss, gate, rafters, purlins etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe.410-O or Fe-310-O

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-16

All as per Srl item No. 39 here-in-before but fixing only of except material retrived from item No. 37

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 1,04,950.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
