Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils Except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B including cost of all labours, materials, tools, equipments and all incidental charges including compacting with power roller watewring including all hire and fuel charges foa all tools and plants removal of other deleterios natter and obstructiuons trimming of bottom of excavation back filling clearing up the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc complete as per standard specificatiosn for embankment using carted earth with lead 15km cbr 10

Granular Sub-base with Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) - Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete (as per clause 401 ) - for grading- V Material

Wet Mix Macadam (Table 400-13) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., Complete (as per clause 406)

Prime coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I type) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502) - over WMM

Tack coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 - over granular surfaces treated with primer

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Table - 500-10)(Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam 50 mm thick with Central Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (Viscosity Grade - 30) at percentage specified by JMF by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No.505) Grading II.

Bituminous Concrete (Table 500-17) (Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30/40 mm thick with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (Viscosity Grade - 30) at percentage specified by JMF of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects) - Grading II.

Cement concrete M10 Grade (Nominal mix 1:3:6) using 40mm ISS size hard broken granite metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, cost of cement at site, including soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying, compacting, curing tools and plants and all incidental charges such as bailing out water, maintaining of protective bunds, cofferdams, shorting, strutting etc., complete as per relevent standard specification for PCC Wall and Kerb

Providing Kerb for median/ islands using vibrated cement concrete of grade M20 (1:1.5:3) using 40mm and 12mm ISS HBG metal from approved quarry, including hire and fuel charges of all the machineries employed for this work, including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing, painting, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per drawing and standard specification.

Providing and applying emulsion paint finish of approved make & Shade in two or more coats over a coat of approved primer to give an even shade as per manufactures instruction to the external plastered surfaces and internal ceiling plastered surfaces including prepartion of surfaces, scafolding etc., all complted as per drawings and specification for all heights

Filling between gap for median and island and above road level with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation for drain and foundation of otherstructures,spread,greaded and compacted as per CL:407 of MORTH
