Supply, Installation testing & Commissioning of 01 No. (G+2), 20 Passenger cum BED Lift at Construction Of UPGRADIATION UPHC Maharaj Gunj at Srinagar including all the necessary civil & electrical works such as chipping of lift shaft if necessary, whitewashing of lift shaft, hoisting ,beam/girder in overhead, lighting of lift shaft with provision of 16 amp 3-pin sockets and switches at each floor inside lift shaft, closure of lift shaft by chequered plate/sheet, brick work at landing door, plastering, Filling of pit if necessary, lintel work, granite works for façade/Front wall of lift at each floor, minor civil works and any other work required for successful installation of lift. The lift shall be suitable for 20 passengers cum BED lift, of standard design having speed of 1.0m/s serving from ground to 2nd floor i.e. 03 stops and 03 landings. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25 KVA servo stabilizers including all allied electrical appurtenances viz. cabling, L.T control panels, changeovers etc. The stabilizer should have following specifications: a) Capacity:25 KVA, 3-phase unbalanced type b) Input: (150-270) V AC P-N; (250-470) V AC P-P c) Output: 415 V 1% phase to phase d) Supply: 3 phase, 4 wires, 50Hz e) Operation: Automatic f) Duty cycle: Continuous g) Transformer windings: Copper wound on CRGO laminations as per IS specifications h) Cooling: Oil cooled i) Efficiency: Better than 98% at full load j) Overload capacity: 15% for continuous 4 hours k) Waveform distortions: Nil l) High speed voltage correction: up to 5V to 20V per second m) Protections: Under voltage, Over voltage and Overload with time delay n) other features: LED indicators, Digital AC ammeter, AC voltmeter, Frequency meters, Phase Sequence meters, Single phase preventer, Stabilizer by-pass arrangement. The job also includes P/F of 100 A 4pole MCCB as incomer to servo stabilizer to be provided in CRC enclosure.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 3.5 Core 35 Sqmm aluminium armoured cable (XLPE) along with thimbles from main panel to changeover to lift panel. The job includes prior thimbling of the cables with heavy duty crimping tools followed by PVC tapping of the thimble joints.

Change over panel comprising of 100A AI Bus Bar, 100A 4P, MCCB as incomer- 2 No (for power supply & DG Set) & 63 A, 4P MCCB outgoing 1 No. (for lift), changeover switches, for DG & main to be supplied in a CRC panel.

Waterproofing of elevator pit: Providing & Laying of integral Cement based waterproofing (Injected type) treatment including preparation of surface and then applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645. After proper curing apply a second coat of cement slurry mixed with proprietary water proofing compound. The job includes finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4.

Earthing: Providing and Laying of Copper (cu) strips and cu plate for proper earthing of all Electro-mechanical components carrying main current, including but not limited to the motor and electric panel. Use of bolts or screws and cu strips to establish grounding connections on each component. The job includes earth work by using labour for making a pit of suitable size for proper earthing and after that laying copper plate of minimum size 60cm width, 60 cm height and 3.15mm thickness and filling the pit with chemicals (chemical earthing). The earthing Cu strip must have cross section not less than 24 mm^2. The job further includes laying of perforated conduit pipe from ground up to cu plate having funnel at top as per actual requirement at site & as per IS 3043 (1987)
