Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63mm Galvanized, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 120 g/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc 500 ltrs but n exc 1000 ltrs, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc 250 ltrs but n exc 500 ltrs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polye- thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying glazed tiles in floors etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall ) over 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 300mm long Brass, sliding door bolt with sand or die-cast brass hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing bolt with rolled or drawn brass bolts and fixed and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 200 mm long Brass barrel tower bolts, with cast or sheet barrel and rolled or cast bolts and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 150 mm long Brass handles cast type, polished bright and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in platform, urinal partition and the like with 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust and admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite including circular cutting or notching for fixing WHB and counter, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bib taps fancy type cast copper alloy chromium plated screwed down screwed for iron pipe, 15mm bore, fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore Stop valves cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down high pre-ssure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, steel water tubing & connections complete all as specified and directed.
