Supply, installation, testing and commissioning , LT panel board, 415 Volts, 4 wire, AC 50 Hz, factroy made, outdoor pedestal type, double door type (openable front and back), weather and vermin proof, fabricated of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, confirming to Latest IS 8623(CPRI Approved), powder coated RAL-7032 with seven tank Pre-treatment and outside locking arrangement, two earth terminal, and cable glands for all incoming and outgoing cables including grouting of LT panel 45cm above ground level by providing 90cm long iron angle of size 50x50x6mm welded on all four corners embeded in PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm stone aggregate upto 45cm grouted in ground and 15cm above ground for coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge including the following components :- (a) Four Nos of aluminum bus bars of high conductivity, 3 Nos for phase (RYB) and one No for neutral of current rating 300 Amps mounted on porcelain support. (b) Incoming : MCCB 200 Amps, 25 KA four pole 415 volts - 01 No. (c) Outgoing : MCCB 100 Amps, 16 KA four pole, 415 volts - 01 No. (d) Outgoing : MCCB 63 Amps, 16 KA four pole, 415 volts - 02 Nos. (e) Digital type display multi function meter with the parameters like Volts, Amps, Frequency, Power factor, etc - 01 No. (f) LED indication lamp RYB Set of three - 01 No.

Taking down unsv outdoor LT panel any type with MCCBs after disconnecting the electric supply and keeping in safe custody for giving credit to the contractor all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with topedge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4 mm dia up to 7.5 meter from earth pit, protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm dia, 20 mm medium grade for watering with funnel , common salt, charcoal dust and connected to panel board by means of bolts and nuts washers made out of GI all as shown in Electrical plate No 5 of SSR part I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type mix cover slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm dia both ways with MS hook 6mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out faulty U/G cable of any size by removing PCC covers or bricks of any specification for replacing the same with new LT U/G cable all specified and as directed.

Supply, laying LT UG XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 120 Sq mm 3.5 core as per IS specifications, complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 6 here in before but cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning on under ground cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after punning down and stretching the cable, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of well burnt class ‘B’ bricks as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying with length of the bricks equal to the width of the trench, complete, all as specified and directed

Supply and laying in replacement of GI pipe light grade galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches for cable protection of 80 mm bore, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of GI pipe light grade galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches for cable protection of 50 mm bore, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix in replacement of Indicating LED lamp, R,Y,B set of three with and including connecting PVC copper cables, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix in replacement of MCCB 400 Amps, 4 Pole 415 V, Adjustable type with breaking capacity 36 KA with spreader links,etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 22 here in before but of MCCB 315 Amps, 4 Pole 415 V with breaking capacity 36 KA

Supply and errection in replacement of steel tubular swaged pole 09 M long type 410-SP-31 complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws etc including, complete, all as specified and directed Note : Necessary excavation and earth work, PCC foundation, coping, disposal of surplus soil, Painting inside with black bitumen paint and out side shall be measured and paid separately on relevant items of Sch 'A'

M&L for Restringing only ACSR conductor of any type/ size on existing LT poles, etc including binding on to insulators with and including aluminium wire, complete, all as specified and directed .

S & F in replacement of pin type, porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of shackle type porecelain vitreous white brown or green insulator for working pressure 1100 volts of 90mm dia and 75mm height incl galvanised steel straps of 31x3 mm size, insulator bolt 12 mm dia,washer & nuts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of PVC line phase separators for over head line LT conductor of any size suitable to withstand 1100 volts to maintain the required spacing between 5 conductors complete all as per site requirement and all as directed.

S & F in replacement of Stay assembly Diameter of stay rod of not less than 20 mm, 215cm long with threaded end with suitable size of nuts & washers complete with accessories including staybows with nut bolt & washer of 14mm dia, 40cm long and stay grips & thimble of suitable size as shown in electrical plate No. 1 SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Rate are deemed to be inclusive of streching, tieing and tightening of stay assembly for poles including tieing frame for stay wire. (ii) Exacavation, returning filling, removal for stay wire assembly upto 2.5 mtrs including Ropes are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) Ladders of any size,T&P (any type), Labour Safety equipments as required at site for working on PCC pole of 9Mtrs height is deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates. (iv) Stay clamp/stay wire will be measured & paid saperately.

M&L in replacement Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green of Large size, with overall dimensions 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, including nut bolts & washers of suitable length and thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair galvanised stay wire 7/4mm for stay assembly to be fixed between stay assembly and stay clamp on PCC/MS steel pole, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm well graded stone aggregate as in pedestal / coping of pole and in Road cuttings including form work If necessary, complete, all as specifed and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 ,using 40mm well graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for Aluminium painting to Steel tubular Street light pole for 5.5 mtr from top towards bottom and next 0.45 mtr Navy Blue and next 1.10 mtr white and 0.45 mtr Synthetic enameld paint yellow & black colour (Tiger cross) on Coping and writing pole No with white paint inside of black circle above the Navy blue painting and aluminium painting to GI bracket / pipe etc.and sticking of reflector stricker red in colour on the Poles at the height of 1.5 metre above the copping, complete, all as specified and and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Busbar chamber 100 Amp with suitable thickness aluminium busbars, 4 way, 415 volts, 50 Hz, Wall mounted type incliuding suitable fastners, etc complete all as specified and directed Make : Havells/L&T/Standard

M&L for taking proper shut down and servicing the LT panel board of any type ( indoor/Out door) make complete with removal of dust reconnection of all incoming and outgoing cable with proper gland replacemnet of all nut, bolts and washers, repalcement of control wiring including insulation tapping with colour coding replacement of burned aluminium bus bars, fixing of LT panel front and back door covers on hinges complete with cutting, welding, grinding etc and providing porper locking arrangements etc all as speciified and directed by Engineer in - charge. Note : (a) Cost for replacement of minor spares like thimble, porcelain unsulator, busbar sleeve, cable sleeve, etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) The rates shall be deemed to be included for replacement of worn out rusted, Channels, hinges, bolts, split pins and cable lugs, cable glands and neoprene gasket to all doors including raising of foundation to 300cm height etc.

M&L for painting LT panel of any type or size with two coats of synthetic enamelled grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer with brush of suitable size including preparation of old painted surface after taking shut down of that panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch Of Credit of Rs. 52940.00
