REPAIRS TO CERTAIN BR AND EM WORKS AT NO 1 2 3 AND 4 BN AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

M&L for cutting holes in brick wall/ stone wall/ PCC block walls for inserting holdfast etc depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or cutting lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall exceeding one brick but not exceeding two brick thick in girth and making good disturbed portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L 16-18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, counter basins and like laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Granite to be used in treads shall be one piece with nosing at front and cutting two grooves alongwith nosing. Colour shall be of Lakha red, flamed granite or telephonic black as approved.)

M&L 16 mm thick granite both side polished for urinal partition/ vertical surfaces etc in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for second class hard wood in exc 40 Sq cm in area or over in section in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 2nd class Hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails sectional area exc. 3 sq cm but n.exc 6 Sq cm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Second class hard wood plain fillets square, rectangular or triangular in section, wrought secured with screws, cross sectional area exceeding 6 Sq. cm and not exceeding 13 Sq. Cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm thick 2nd class hardwood clean sawn boards or planks, width n exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints including making rebate for fixing second shutter as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 30 mm thick Second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut mitred beads for securing glass etc. size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-1, section 8, clause 8.24 (a) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick Ist class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.
