Requireda) The bidder may be any reputed, experienced, eligible and interested contractor/individual contractor/firm/company/agency registered with the concerned authority under the relevant Act and having experience in hiring/providing mobile toilet services or similar sanitation/event support services.

Requiredb) The bidder shall own, operate or have valid arrangements for deployment of mobile toilets of the required type and quantity. Documentary proof of ownership/lease/authorised availability of the required units and details of the agency's operational resources shall be uploaded.

Requiredc) The bidder should have similar experience/work order/LOA for providing mobile toilets, portable toilets, sanitation facilities or similar services to any State/Central Government, Semi-Government, PSU, ULB or other reputed organisation during the prescribed period. The minimum experience value shall be as specified in the approved tender qualification criteria.

Requiredd) The bidder should have minimum average/annual turnover as specified in the approved tender qualification criteria for the relevant financial years. Documentary proof certified by a registered Chartered Accountant shall be uploaded.

Requirede) The bidder shall submit IT Returns acknowledgement copies for the financial years prescribed in the tender.

Requiredf) The bidder should have PAN and GST Registration Certificate. Copies shall be uploaded along with the tender.

Requiredg) The bidder shall submit a self-declaration regarding blacklisting/debarment and litigation history.

Requiredh) The bidder shall furnish photographs/details/specifications of the mobile toilets proposed to be deployed, including separate details for standard Mobile Toilets and VVIP Mobile Toilets, along with evidence of availability for the required event dates.
