Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavtion) in trenches for foundations, drains pipes cables etc (not exceeding 1.5m in width.) and for shafts , wells,cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed , with a lead of 50 metres

Providing and laying stone soling hand packed in foundation and plinth complete job as per drawing ,specification & as directed by the engineer .(Nothing extra shall be paid on account of dewatering ,diversion etc .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade Of 1:2:4 mix ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone agg.20 mm nominal size incl the cost and carriage of cement complete Excluding cost of centering and Shuttering all work up to plinth level.

Form work centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work in :-

Foundation, footings, basis of columns for mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilsters, butressess, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level TMT of grade Fe-500D or more.

Steel work welded in built up sections, framed works, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required:- in gratings, frames, guard bars, ladders, railings, brackets, gates and similar work.

Cement plaster in coarse sand 12mm thick of mix 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Two or more coats on new work)

Supply and stacking of good earth at site including dressing and ramming in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth breaking clods watering, levelling etc. including all carriages/ royalty from source budgam to site of work ( Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Spreading of good earth in required thickness as per the directions of officer incharge complete job.

providing &fixing of Revolving Gate/ Entrance to the park of 40mm dia GI pipes with bearings fixed at bottom duly grouted in cement concrete of 0.9m height &also to be prime coated with red oxide &painted with synthetic enamel as directed (complete job )

Carriage of materials by Mechanical transport from approved source to site of work.
