Civil Work :

Excavation mechanically (using excavators like JCB /Poclain/with bucket) in all types of soil, including murrum, soft rock for foundations, wall, columns, plinth beams, basement, raft, ducts, trenches, underground sumps, septic tanks, soak well including shoring and strutting, bailing out water/pumping off water if required, removing and stacking or Disposing simultaneously the excavated soil , building rubbish, malba and unservicable material anywhere within the ACTREC Campus or out and/or spreading soils in layers for site development. All complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in charge. for all depths.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M20 grade plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, including the cost of centering, scaffolding, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineerin-charge. (M15 grade at all locations)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge). This is including 2 coat primer and 2 coat external painting work for the kerb stone with approved colour.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. :25 mm nominal dia Pipes

Providing and fixing brass ball valve with all fixtures as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. - 25mm dia

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating (power floater and trowel), brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-incharge. Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. The rate also include providing and fixing of Shuttering/channels/Scaffolding as per the requirement.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

CI heavy duty openable grill cover fabrication with embossing of "ACTREC" over the drain with primer and painting as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

CONCRETE BREAKING: Breaking of the existing concrete/brickwork by chiselling at all level including scaffolding and staging and the work shall be carried out so as to cause minimum inconvenience to hospital activity including cost of all material, labour, tools etc. carting away the debris out of hospital premises all complete as specified and directed. Rates also includes core cutting in concrete

Compaction of the available earth work under optimum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density) in layers of 200mm by using water to achieve optimum moisture content and Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. The ground to be levelled as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs or chequered or paver blocks in flooring, footpath walls, partition walls etc. including disposal of the same outside the ACTREC campus. The item is including any royalty charges payable to local authority if applicable and as per the instruction of engineer incharge.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).This is in all shades, pigments and design as approved by Engineer incharge.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade for paver blocks - Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm as per the instruction of engineer incharge.

Providing water Drainage line with minimum depth of 350mm with slope provision and maximum of 400mm and inner width of 300mm. The drain shall be made of AAC blockwork with 1:4 cement mortar having minimum 200mm thickness including plastering on all exposed sides of drain all complete as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the stone, paver block surface and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Ammonia Chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Engineer-in-charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet mixed with desired quantity of fine silica where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface and finally washing th surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/structure, all as per direction of Engineer?in-charge.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in flooring, risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete

Providing and fixing M30 grade RCC pre-cast concrete benches with hand rest including foundation work for the benches at site. Each bench should have L-shaped sturdy support with minimum dimension of 80mm * 450mm* 890mm and base width of 690mm. The dimension of the RCC Plank including for back support shall be 1500mm* 425mm*50mm. This is including plastering work and painting work (2 coats primer and 2 coats paint) of approved colour and instruction of engineer incharge.

Providing and laying NP2 class light duty RCC pipes with collar joint with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2(1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. 300 mm RCC hume pipe

Cable in the ground shall be covered on top & sides with baked bricks conforming to IS 107 including dewatering, sand bedding, back filling & re-instatement, consolidation & removal of excess earth with in a radius of 500 mtr. as per instruction of E-I-C. Supplying & erecting heavy duty flange type brass cable glands for 4C X 16 sq.mm size for end jointing of various sizes for PVC armoured cable with brass washers, rubber rings complete with cable ends & leads connected, with gland double earthing, work completed in all respect all as per instructions
