Alternator shall be of Kirloskar or equivalent make from Ashok Leyland / Stamford (C) Acoustic Enclosure: Factory Made acoustic enclosure as per OEM's recommendation (D) Control Panel: The control panel shall be manufactured by 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet duly 7 tank process powder coated dust and vermin proof, weather proof and comprising the following:- (i) Standerd Engine instrumentation (ii) Multifunction meter which able to measures (a) Individual phase current (Amps) (b) Phase Voltage (V) (c) Generator out put fequency (Hz) (d) Engine Water temperature (degree Centigrade) (e) Lube oil pressure (kg/sqcm) and equipped with hour counter (iii) MCCB for 415volts, 50Hz, 16kA, 63Amps with fixed overload & short circuit, (iv) Key switch (v) Push button (starter) (vi) LED: Battery charging alternator fail indication (vii) Current transformers (viii) Instruments fuse duly wired and ferruled

Supply and install ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 3 pole of capacity 25Amps all as specified and as directed

SITE CLEARANCE

Removing excavated material,outside MD land, beyond 15km but not beyond 30km, at a level not exceeding 1.5m above starting point in soil all as specified and as directed Note: The place for disposal shall be found out by the contractor

Comprehensive Maintenance of Lifts

Comprehensive maintenance and repair of fully automatic electrically operated passenger lift of any make and 13 Passenger capacity lift installed against BOQ Item No 23.01 to 23.04, herein before in building (G+5), (Total 1 Lift) comprising of all devices and accessories through out 12 months on all days including holidays for period of 03 years after expiry of defects liability period as shown below and all as specified and directed by GE.

(a) 1st year after expiry of defects liability period

(b) 2nd year after expiry of defects liability period

(c) 3rd year after expiry of defects liability period
