Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed /matt finish wall tiles of size 300mmx450mm approved make confirming to IS: 15622 (thickness not less than 07mm ) in all colour shades in skirting , risers, of steps / dados and any other vertical/horizontal surfaces as per requirement with and including 10mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles , complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping ( whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated/demolised materilas to a distance exc 250mtr but n.exc 500m and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting crack to 'V' groove section in existing roof cleaning out wetting grouting with cement and sand slurry of 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs / benching / coving and roof padding over roof surfaces /sunken treatment etc rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under :- (a) 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) using coarse sand on roof / parapet walls with WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement. M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).
