Chipping , removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer, breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries outside the premises etc. complete all as specified and direced. NOTE:- Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

Clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc. and M&L for applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (Make: FEOVERT of Krishna Conchem or Roff rust cleaner of Piddilite or Dr. Fixit Rust removal or ShaliRust of STP Ltd. or equivalent as approved by GE) on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wirebrushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 min and wipe it dry complete all as specified and direced

M&L for applying two coats of Epoxy based Zinc primer in a span of four hours over the treated rebars and allow to dry for six hours. The application shall be by brush complete all as specified and direced. (Make: Corroseal-ZR of Krishna Conchem or Dr. Fixit Epoxy zinc primer or equivalent as approved by GE)

Cleaning all loose laitance on the concrete substrate and M&L for applying one coat of epoxy bonding agent on exposed concrete surface to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and direced. (Make: Monobond SBR of Krishna Conchem or Dr. Fixit epoxy bonding agent or Shalicrete URP of STP Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE)

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling etc complete all as specified and direced

M&L for providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete all as specified and direced. Note: (i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to include for the cost of jacketing, formwork and micro concrete.

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes. Works shall be carried out as under complete all as specified and direced:- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty & let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2mm upto 4 to 5mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the carck with a liberal application of the epoxy putty.

M&L for Injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement, sand water with addition of plasticizers (approved make) & migratory corrosion inhibitors, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating cement slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency, Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled complete all as specified and direced. (Make: Dr. Fixit Epoxy injection or EPCO KP-HP-250 of M/s Krishna Conchem or Shaligrout EI of STP Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE)

M&L for Injecting low viscosity (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including mixing of materials: Mixing of material components (part A & B) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weight batching. Grouting:Fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor (Make: EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT or Ferogard 903 or equivalent as approved by GE) Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressureat exit (2 to 3kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles complete all as specified and direced

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and direced. Note :- Replacement of steel reinforcement shall be done with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel.

M&L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as additional main steel bar or stirrups of designed diameter in various structural elements like column, beams and foundations including drilling ,bending, welding and fixing the bars with epoxy putty etc. complete all as specified and direced. NOTE: Steel shall be provided on the basis of 1% of volume of concrete. (ii) Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Complete Removal of existing water proofing treatment any description up to concrete surface of roof slab including cleaning, with wire brushing, watering, removal of debris to a distance of 1.5 km or under, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted shall also include for removal of PVC water storage tank wherever existing carefully and refixing at the same or other position after completion of roof repair work.

M&L for cleaning the new surfaces concrete with wire brushing and applying Water Proofing Treatment as under complete all as specified and direced:- (i) Apply oil bound bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Litre at 25 degree Celsius on the pepared dry roof surface. (ii) Laying APP polymer modified membrane 4mm thick using torch-on application with non-wooven ployster mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 4.50 Kg/Sqm mineral finished by thermo fusion process, duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm all as per manufacturer’s instructions. (iii) Over the membrane, provide a finishing with two coats of Solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacturer.

M&L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg/sqm, complete all as specified and direced

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) roof or chajja padding of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope including WPC by weight of total cement as per manufacturer's specifications as in chajjas, balconies, canopies, desk slabs and in shelves and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only water proofing liquid compound complete all as specified and direced.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing debries directed for a distance max upto 500m complete all as specified and direced.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) complete all as specfified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on external wall surface by sanding machine or any other mechanical means thereafter washing, rubbing down the surface, in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles etc. and fill the visible cracks/joints with crack seal caulking compound after cleaning the surface by clean water and M&L for Applying a coat of primer (water based primer) and allow to dry for six hours. Thereafter, M&L for applying two coats of water proofing treatment on wall (WB high build anti carbonation cum water proofing including a coat of exterior grade weather proof acrylic emulsion paint by using Airless Paint Sprayer machine at any height of the building by using scaffolding complete all as specified and direced. (Make: Pidilite, Beregr, Asian Paints and Chemistic or equivalent as approved by GE. The material used for the teratment must have crack binding ability, water proofing properties and flexible (i.e cover hairline cracks upto 2mm effectively) and be elastomeric. Note : The quoted rates is demed to include for External water proofing treatment on wall at any height of the building including acrylic paint applied by mechnaically Airless paint sprayer machine only.

Complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of walls & ceilings by Vacuum based sanding machine, removal of nails etc & filling cracks/hole with putty, M&L for applying wall care putty upto 2 mm thick (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and M&L for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or coloured over & including a coat of approved primer by auto roller complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, 75 mm thick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including making joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in path/floor, finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in alternate panels of size not exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and direced.

M&L for 25mm thick Wear proof topping (using approved metallic floor hardener as per manfacutre's instruction) with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as specified, laid on concrete floors and pavings and path, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardner) complete all as specified and direced. Note: Metallic hardender & glass strips shall be measured and paid separately.

Refixing of aluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm fixed with suitable saddles & fixing screw etc on roof with rubber & bitumen washer & fixed to insulator on wall for down conductor as fixed in repairs, the rates includes making arrangement for insulators and insulators complete all as specified and directed.
