M and R to OPTL W/S/S...Strengthening and repairing to Alum tank and allied works

Description

Item No.01 Removing lime or lean cement concrete including stacking the spoils as directed with all leads, lifts etc, complete.

Item no.02 Providing dry/ trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss rubble stone soling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete.

Item No.03 Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for foundation and bedding / steps including steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface, only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.), With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Item No.04 Providing and laying polished hand cut Kotah Stone flooring 25mm to 30mm thick and 45cm to 55cm wide in plain/diamond pattern on a bed of 1:6 C.M. including cement float, filling joints with neat cement slurry, curing, polishing and cleaning complete.

Item No.05 Desilting the Supply Well, Intake Well / Head Works, Sump of water supply / sewerage works etc. in wet or dry condition including lifts upto 9 M and lead upto 150 M as required beyond the work site, stacking, spreading, including necessary guarding, etc. complete, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Item no.06 Chipping of all loose and Spalling of concrete to bottom of slab, beams etc.(wherever required), cleaning of reinforcement, carrying out thorough sand blasting, application of anti-corrosive zinc rich epoxy primer to exposed reinforcement including cost of material, labour, equipment, tools, scaffolding etc. complete.

Item no.07 Providing and applying one pack bonding coat between concrete members like RCC slabs, columns, beams, chajjas, pardis etc and cement mortar plaster using Hack Aid Plast of approved make & approved by Engineer in charge. Clean the concrete surface thoroughly to remove dust, dirt, grime, deshuttering oils and rub down to a clean surface. Apply Hack Aid Plast of approved make & approved by Engineer in charge by spray on the entire concrete surface. Provide a lean cement - sand dash coat over the same. Allow the dash coat to set for around 24 hours. Further plastering as per specifications can continue.

Item No.08 Providing weld mesh as per detailed specification in form of 25X25X11 SWG weld mesh to columns and beams and slab and anchoring it to the element with binding wire of GI plumbers, nails etc. complete.

Item No.09 Providing Repairing of honeycombs and minor damages with Polymer Modified Morter including material,labour complete in all respect.

Item no.10 Providing internal cement plaster 20mm thick in Single coats in cement mortar 1:4 without neeru finish, to concrete, brick surface, in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc.complete.

Item no.11 Providing and erecting Stainless steel SS 316, work consisting of various sections of Channels, Angles, Plates, flats, Rods, Bars, square / round pipes, etc. for fabrication of trash rack screen structure purposes complete with bending, cutting, drilling and welding, etc. complete including loading, unloading, transportation, etc. as per directions by the authority. ( Rates excluding GST)
