Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.,by chiesling /wedging out of Rocks where blasting is probihited, lift upto 1.50 mts.stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation & returning the stacked soil in 15 cm.layers,when required into plinths sides of foundations etc.conslidating each depositrd layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 metres complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1Cement: 4Sand: 8Graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting, and propping etc. with wooden battensand ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0metersand removal of the same for in situ -reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in;-

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness ) partition and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1:2 (Nominal Mix 1 cement: 1.0 sand: 2.0 graded stone aggregate 20 m nominal size) and curing, complete in all respects & as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge excluding cost of formwork in wall

In foundation & Plinth,base slab.

In wall any thickness

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position complete in all respects & as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge

Stone/Boulder filling behind the retaining wall complete in all respects & as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing cement concrete chequred tiles 10-12mm thick laid over rough surface with CM 1:3 (1cement :3 sand ) in flooring complete in all respect as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying spartic ceremic wall tiles for Dado 5.5mm.thick in flooring 450 x450mm. Matt finish of approved shade of approved make such as Somany/Nitco / Kajarai with 12mm. thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (IN WALL)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
