MS Supports: Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm or 50 x 50 x 5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 50 x 50 x 5 mm as required or 35x 5 or 50 x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Sun Head -2 (Comprehensive Maintenance)
Comprehensive maintenance including routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of the entire ventilation system of five hostels including routinely cleaning of filters, checking and maintenance of other accessories for smooth running during the defect liability period of 12 months from the date of commissioning of the system. No payment shall be done during DLP.
