DESILTING TANK

The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness with all works shall be conforming to relevant IS codes. The cost of valves and other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work. Construction of steel bridge to safely withstand the loading including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil including dewatering, with 1:4:8 concrete in foundation and M-25 in walls and bottom slab for abutments including formwork, tor steel reinforcement and angle Iron for its span as per design conforming to latest specifications, standards and codes. The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural designs after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work. WATER TREATMENT PLANT
Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plant 2.15 MLD based on Rapid sand filter including:- cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirements, cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works. Providing and installation of all mechanical, electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khad/natural drainage. All types of valves, fittings and all contingent works at village Chuliyara (Location) capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in Chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/o Inlet chamber, Raw water tank, C/o Pre-sedimentation tank with Tube settlers, Clari-flocculator, flash mixing, cascade aerator, electrical channel flow meter, rapid sand filter, pipe gallery, back wash tank and clear water tanks for coagulant addition, proper alum, lime, solution tank with proper mechanical mixing arrangement, Drainage channel, panel fencing with steel gate, interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20 metre wide) chemical house, chemical handling and feeding arrangements, back wash units with pumping sets and air compressors including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process. Plant building comprising of office / automation room, a room for housing the automated valves. Providing and fixing of lightening arrangements (LED) lights made in the boundary unit of plant area. Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for Inspection/operation of various units. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant Codes and specifications. All the hydraulic stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC M30, design shall be carried out as per design sheet technical specifications. All the structures shall be designed for up lift pressure encountered at footing, as per contour plan uploaded suitable projection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of HFL water within treatment premises. Providing, laying, fixing, jointing and testing in trenches of MSERW pipe (Zinc coated) circumferential butt welded pipes including cost of flanged bends of all degrees conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 with steel grade L-210 or A, L-290 or X-42 and L-360 or X-52 of latest edition having wall thickness as specified below with plain ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including specials, short pieces, bends, reducers, tees etc. made from parent tube.The M.S. Flanges are to be provided for 5% of total joints and remaining 95% joints with butt welded joints as detailed below. The laying of pipe shall include all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, providing and fixing of MS flanges, fabrication of bends, tees, etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per IS:4736 -1986 (with up to date amendments). The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814:2004 of Advani Oerlikon/ LandT or ISI marked make. The tolerance in thickness and mass/weight of pipe will be accepted as per relevant BIS code. The rates also include entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing, DP test of butt welded joints complete to the best satisfaction and direction of the Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. Providing and welding M.S. flanges at 5 % joints flanged, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with up to date amendments) with plain end MSERW pipe /GI pipe by two layers on outer faces and one layer on inner face to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of MSERW /GI pipes and butt welded joints to be measured and paid for separately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364 including cost of gasket sheet, nuts and bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet not less then 3.00 mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and welding M.S. flanges at 5 % joint flanged, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with up to date amendments) with plain end MSERW pipe /GI pipe by two layers on outer faces and one layer on inner face to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of MSERW /GI pipes and butt welded joint to be measured and paid for separately). AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM:- The tenderer/firm shall automate the scheme a/w WTP, Pumping machinery and other units- 4 No Main storage tanks. Installation of hardware including Industrial Grade 4U Rack mount PC 400Watt, ATX Industrial Grade Power Supply, Industrial Grade Mother board, Intel core-i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, 480 GB SSD, 2 x Ethernet Port, 2 x Serial Com Port 4 x USB Port DVD R/W, Logitech Key board and mouse 18.5" Dell make monitor, Windows-10 Professional operating system, Intelligent Communication Gateway for IoT application, Webaccess SCADA with 1500 Tag, MS SQL, Energy Saving Starter with variable frequency, ultrasonic water level sensor, NRV/Reflux valve, Actauted valve, Flow meter, PLC, IOT and Automation Panel along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from the competent authority. Firm has to incorporate all the inputs and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Scope of automation containing 4 No. pump houses, 4 No. MBR's, WTP and Chlorination system with SCADA main station at Chuliara.
