Supply, Erection, Testing & commissioning at site (With in the Jurisdiction of Arambagh Sub Division or around) of polygonal shape 12.50 mtr height having 2 (Two) sections GI High Mast pole with its allied accessories suitable for wind speed about 50 M/sec made up from HTS conforming to BSEN10025, S355Jo. with head frame, luminaries carriage (suitable to install 8 nos. luminaries in symmetrical arrangement), lightening finial along with Accessories required such as double drum winch, 6 mm diameter Steel wire rope, 6sqmm 1.1KV Gr.4C Copper trailing cable, integral power tool motor with Compensating Disc, L-Stopper (3 Nos.),Manual Operating Handle, Motor Mounting Plates junction box etc.as required as per details:-(Make: BPP/Utkarsh/JK)

g, Construction work for suitable shallow foundation as per deatils drawing provided by the High Mast Pole manufacturer with RCC M25 SBC 10T/mm2 or equivalent grade concrete incl charges for finishing with all materials, making cable entry, sattering, Plastering, neat cementing (2mm thickness) incl Erection of the same by Hydra/JCB/or Excavator with maintains all kind of safety by proper finishing the above work without any damages in original properties as per direction by EIC.

g, Construction work for suitable shallow foundation as per deatils drawing provided by the High Mast Pole manufacturer with RCC M25 SBC 10T/mm2 or equivalent grade concrete incl charges for finishing with all materials, making cable entry, sattering, Plastering, neat cementing (2mm thickness) incl Erection of the same by Hydra/JCB/or Excavator with maintains all kind of safety by proper finishing the above work without any damages in original properties as per direction by EIC.

h.Supply and Installation of suitable size vermin proof double door feeder pillar box with locking arrangement made of MS Sheet (14 SWG Body & 10 SWG canopy/base) & 35x35x5mm MS Angle/flat having door seal/rubber gasket, ventilation arrangement to be installed on foundation sufficiently above GL beside the high mast incl. S & F the following electrical accessories inside feeder piller preferably on Hylum sheet (12mm) incl. internal wiring all complete for automatic/manual timely off/on for operating 08 nos. light fitiing. i) Ccurve 415V 25A 4 pole MCB-01 no.(L&T/Legrand/Siemens); ii)240 V 25A 3P Power contractor--01 no.(L&T) iii)24 hours Twilight dual channel/ Analogue timer-01 no;(Schneider/Legrand) iv)Bypass Toggle switch--1 no.; v) LED Indicator- RYB, Auto/Manual (R & G) v)Starter for motor operation for forward and reverse direction-01 no.; vi)In/outlet terminal-02 nos. vii) All control circuit to be made with 1.5sqmm 1.1KV Gr. Supply & Fixing of 150 W LED flood light fittings with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure, Flood light luminaire (IP 66) with peanut lens and high poer LED to ensure uniform distribution and higher spacing between poles, 10 KV SPD, THD<10%, PF> 0.95, BIS approved silicon filled potted driver, minimum LPW : 110 lumen/watt and minimum system output 16500 lumen suitable for use with 230 Volt, 50 Hz. ( Make - HPL/Benlo Ultima/Simoco) with 5 years on site warranty.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below:- By ISI-Medium GI pipe G-1/2

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of 8 SWG size as on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages. 5(a)(iii)/G-2

Supply & laying of PVC/XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor Cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes. [ Make - Gloster/RR/Polycab ] a) 4 Core 10 Sqmm

S&F of compression type gland complete with brass gland, rubber rings for dust & moisture proof entry of PVC armoured cables as below as per G.S. [F4/7c] a) 4 Core 10 Sqmm

Finishing the ends of following cables by crimping method including S/F dowells solderless sockets, tapes and jointing materials etc. as per G.S.[F5/8b] a) 4 Core 10 Sqmm

Inter connection of LED High Mast fittings by 3 C 2.5 sqmm flexible Cu cable with necessary gland & finishing end.

Cost for marble signage size (600X450)mm fixing with necessary brick, plastering work as required incl. labour as per direction of EIC.
