M & L Water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation and as specified here in below and as directed:- (a) Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound including cleaning, picking, sweeping and washing down with water and brushing with neat cement slurry & 3 Kg per Sqm & removing debris to a distance exc 100m & n.exc.250m. (b) 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound (to be measured seperately) as per manufacturer instructions finished even & smooth. (c) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 300 ml per sqm conforming IS-3384 (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction. (f) One coat of aluminium paint over the APP based membrane @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound with weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed, ceramic, coloured tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6-7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepolished coloured and chemically treated chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, as in floors etc, including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring etc, and finished the cement concrete surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors laid in alternate bays and finishing the surfaces even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4mm thick non asbestos fibre reinforced designer ceiling board (610mmx610mm) with hot drip heavy duty suspended ceiling grid system T-2430 with GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel, unequal flanges and web etc of suitable size suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section including Hangers 6 mm dia GI fixed to roof by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

(Make: "Pidifin 2K" of Dr. Fixit and equivelant of make Pidilite/STP)

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in sunken portion in cement mortar 1:3, mixed with liquid water proofing compound with weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken portion, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of damaged/weaken portion of cement plaster/concrete surface of any description and in any position viz RCC roof slab/beams/columns etc, depth n exc 90mm with chisel and making the surface square in shape including scraping all loose scales/rust from visiable reinforcement on the existing surface and prepare the surface for taking plaster/concrete complete all as specified and directed. (Plaster/concrete work shall be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for preparation of rusted surface of reinforcement by any means and applying rust proof chemical as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.(Make: Sika rust off-100 of Sika India Pvt.Ltd or equivalent make of Fosroc)

S & F TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized steel earth lead with GI strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth strip protected by 40 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully unserviceable aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc to be measured separately if found serviceable), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable main switches, DBs, bus bars chambers including all fittings and fixtures such as MCBs, isolator, etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), FRLS PVC insulated, multistranded, single core, unsheathed, copper conductor cables drawn through and including stove enamelled steel conduit (medium grade) of suitable size with all fittings and accessories (like Tee, bend etc.) complete fixed to walls/ceiling etc. with and including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded, single core, copper cable green in colour as in earth continuity wire connecting to common earth point and 1.6 mm thick mild steel sunken terminal boxes of suitable size with 3 mm thick hylam sheet top cover fixed with suitable size of brass screws for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc complete for one light/fan/bell/buzzer point controlled by one, one way switches complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
