GES/PKT/106/2025-26 SPECIAL REPAIR TO SUNKEN PORTION AND ROOF TREATMENT ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT UNCHIBASSI UNDER GE SOUTH PATHANKOT

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces any description including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement including scaffolding upto 7 meter height and curing the surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 using liquid water proofing compound on brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces of wall/ floor in sunken portion, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including scaffolding at any height and curing the surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces ceiling/ top and sides of chajjas/ facia of roof projection including necessary formwork including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise sepecifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC, type C-2, 1:3:6, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and similar works uncluding finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to a store and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sq/ rect) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs and cleaning of existing treatment of any description completely & washing rubbing with water complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding over roof slab for providing proper slabs, and finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L liquid water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab incld dismantling of existing treatment of any description in following procedure : (a) Laying 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of concrete roof surfaces , finished even and fair to receive treatment on roof Complete (b) Applying first coat fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers with sun reflective index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9 Mpa and shall have reack bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree celsius with 3.3% dilution as priming coat (c) laying of fiber mesh 0.3mm thickness weave in leno pattern having weight 4.5 gm/ Sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry (d) Applying second coat undiluted @ 0.45 ltr/ sqm as directed by Engr-in-Charge (e) Applying third and final coat undiluted @ 0.45 ltr/ sqm as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with cement putty using suitable bonding agent (shalcrate 42) before laying cement plaster).

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles bedded in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of cruded oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 15 here in above but except brick tiles laid on cement mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each including taking out hold fast embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Ceosetory windows & other frame/Chowkhat of size 45x70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum , screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (Face) & 1100N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with properly of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant 152 Section 8 and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately).

S&F powder coated Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. with Powder Coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron & min weight not less than 0.55 kg/Rm), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of water proofing of the sunken portion/roof using a flexible two part acrylic polymer modified cementious liquid applying water proofing coating which include the substrate preparation by mechanical mean in order to clean the area from dust/loose particle, contamination etc. repairing surface irregularties damaged concrete surface crack, bugs holes or potholes in base slab. if any, with an acrylic polymer. these substrate shall then be primed using high pressure water jet or other method , property prewetted to SSD condition before coating. post substrate repair a primer coat shall be laid using a synthetic rubber emulsion based cementious coating system , using brush or roller. once primer as applied, two coat of flexible two part acrylic polymer modified cementious liquid applying water proofing coating shall be made including fibre mesh with a consumption rate 2kg/sqm for two coats , which must meet the technical specification as under :- Tensile strength > 1.5mm N/mm2 as per ASTM D412-92, Elongation of break . 105% as per ASTM D412-92, Hardness shre A40ASTM D2240-91.

S&F 100mm long butt hinges medium weight ISI marked stainless steel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair towel ring of PTMT fixed with and including Chromium plated brass screws and plastic cleats ( min wt. 90 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm long aluminium, anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 4mm thick figured glass pin head type, fixed silicon sealant and oil putty on top in square n.exc. 0.50 Sqcm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern) including P or S trap, fixing bolts & connecting to drain pipe including plastic seat cover with flat bottom cover and mild steel chromium plated hinging device and connection to flush pipe, anti symphonic pipe complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 10 litres PVC low level flushing cistern (white colour) syphonic action type with inlet ball valve float and push type handle including bracket, PVC 32mm dia flush pipe with coupling and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash hand basin (flat back or angle back type) coloured of bowl size 550mmx400mm including 32mm waste coupling and waste pipe PVC 32mm dia to be fixed iron brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking down of cast iron or unreinforced concrete or PVC soil waste and drain pipe 75mm or 100mm dia with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chicken wire mesh fixed in postion with necessary arrangements on roof projections, chajjas, facia and similar items upto 8m height, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Toilet paper holder with flat recessed type stainless steel Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying external grade wall care putty on the entire surface including filling up undilutions and then sand papering the same to give smooth and even surface when surface is dry and M&L for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/L and UC resistance as per IS 15489:2004 alkali and fungal resistance, dust resistance, water repellant, crack-bridging, weather proof 1st quality exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 L/10 Sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90L/10 Sqm and scaffolding at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - Tint/Shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing surfaces incl washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface of walls and applying 1mm thick wall care putty with two coats of Oil Bound Distemper on wall to match the shade as per existing colour scheme/pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account. (ii) The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
