Dismantling the Damaged Plastering Clean removal and clearing away from the site including all labour charges etc.,

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 to full depth of tiles using crudeoil 10% by including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 100 Sq.m

Painting the plastered wall surfaces with two coats oil bound distemper (inside the building) of approved quality and colour over one coat of wall primer including clearing surface in all floors etc complete with standard specification

Painting the newly plastered wall surface with two coats of colour emulsion outside the building over one coat of cement primer including clearing the surface in all floors etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mix paint of approved colour and trade for doors & windows including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour charges etc., complete.

Provision for CW Planks (upto 30cm wide-40mm thick)

Provision Supply and Laying for Fly Ash Bricks

Provision for Name Board charges etc
