REPAIR AND MAINT OF 11 KV OH/UG LINES, DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER AGE (I) POKARAN.

Material and Labour for disconnecting defective transformer 11KV/0.433 KV of capacity 25 KVA to 75 KVA on foundation or two pole structure using crane & adequate number of tecnician and T&P and transportation for repair to workshop or factory, by truck or other suitable load carrying veichle dismantling the transformer for repair and reassembling the same after repairs and renewal of unserviceable parts, denting, welding, etc and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (grey paint) including preparation of surface, marking of MES No. with white paint of suitable size and transportation from workshop or factory to site and re-installed on platform on two pole structure, commissioning and testing of transformer as per norms defined in BS and submitting test report upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Spare parts/transformer oil/ rewinding will be measured and paid separately

All as per item No. 01 above here in before but size of transformer 100 KVA to 200 KVA

M&L for taking out unserviceable complete coil on limb and HV / LV winding of distribution transformer 11 KV with suitable size / existing gauge supper enamelled copper winding wire insulated with necessary insulating material complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable HT / LT bushes insulators of distribution transformer including brass bush rod / spindle with nuts & wahers complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting transformer from load of any make, any size and any capacity, draining out transformer oil and regular filtration at location in position at site (on pole / platform) filtration upto required dielectric strength 45-50 KV with the help and drying plant by mechanical machines of suitable capacity to achive including testing of dielectric strength all directed by Engineer - in - charge

Supply and topping up in repair refilling of transformer oil of dielectric strength 50 KV minimum for transformer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling concrete poles/struts of any size

Supply & errect in position prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long, 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom class 9 all as specifid and directed by Engr-in charge

Dismantling of ACSR conductors from existing pole and removing from site all as directed by Engr -in Cahrge.

M&L of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on pole, stringing properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wire, jumpers etc complete for any size ( Mink of size 3 of 6/1X3.66 mm, Dog, Ferret, Weasel, Squirrel type of conductor.) Note:- Measurement & Payment shall be made by measuring horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent pole and adding 3% extra for sag, joints and jumper etc .
