Excavation in soft / loose soil in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out complete.

Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading watering and consolidation in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete.

Supplying and fixing the follwing size of ISI marked steel tubes light grade galvanised with all fittings used for cable / GI wire protection along the road/ with pole including fixing arrangement complete.

Supply, Install, connecting, commissioning and testing of indoor operation LT Panel Board cubical type, Factory fabricated and made out of 3mm thick outer and 2mm thick inner CRCA powder coated sheet, from CPRI type tested panel manufacturer dust and vermin proof. The panel board shall have compartment for each out going,opening both front and back with flush shutter duly hinged and locking arrangement . The outer dimension of panel board shall be suitable for housing following fittings and fixtures given here in after with proper clearence for maintenance as directed, The Panel shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of Zinc crome Oxide paint both internally and externally. Necessary holes shall be kept for incoming and out going cable entry and all holes shall be provided with cable Gland of brass ( size of glands as per site requirement ) with MC 100mm of base frame and grouted on required size of recommended PCC foundation. The Panel board shall have Copper bus bar of capacity 600 Amps for 3 phase 4 wire system with two nos of earthing terminal inside body both connected with aluminium bus bar incl supply and fixing of following:- Note : Drg of LT panel will be approved by the Engr-in-charge before placing the order by contractor.

Designing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning APFC Panel factory fabricated 3mm thick MS sheet, seperated chamber will be made for each compartment and bus ber with bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, hinged door, locking arrangement outdoor type and mounted on suitable PCC foundation, microprocessor based automatic power factor correction (APFC) panel of aggregate capacity 100 KVAR with configuration (2*25+2*15+2*7.5+1*5) KVAR having auto switching system for each stage in the form of electro magnetic making and breaking of contacts as per the varing load sensed by the micro-processor. The electro magnetic switching system used for energizing each capacitor stage should have the current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the charging current of the respective stage. Each switching stage shall carry a back up protection in the form of 'D' series MCBs of rating not less than 2 times the charging current of individual stage. Each switching stage shall have 22.5 mm dia 240 volts, AC, ON / OFF indication of LED type.

The system should have option to run it on fully automatic and manual mode. In manual mode, the system may be operated by the use of 22.5 mm dia actuaters provided on the front fascia. Self adhesive computer cut vinyl letters shall be used for switching stage identification. APFC panel should achieve essentially 0.99 power factor and shall have the following main components:- (Make - Universal Switchgear & Control New Delhi / Mc Layers Bhopal / Electro Control Systems Rajkot / Meher / L&T / Schneider / Havells as approved.
