Fabrication erection of Substation D/P on 9/11 Mtr. ST pole Long with fixing of necessary clamps accessories required including supply and fixing of straight MS Channel 100x50 mm. (2240 mm long ) one Nos with arrangement of fixing 3 Nos. pin insulator,(ST pole/ PCC Pole supplied by the deptt).

Fabrication erection of Single pole 11 Mtr. Long ST pole/8.5 long PCC Pole with fixing of necessary clamps, X-Arm/T-of Channel accessories required including digging of pit and fixing of all necessary clamps for 11 KV line. (Pole shall be supplied by the departmrment )

Erection of stays with stay set of 16x1800 mm rod duly painted with red oxide, anchor plate, thumble turn buckle and stay insulator etc. digging of pit of size 0.4x0.6x1.6m for grouting by 1:3:6 cement concrete, with stay of size 7/10 swg,nozzling& grouting. (stay set & stay wire will be provided by the depatrtment)

Earthing of poles as per RESPO Norms with earth rod (All the material supplied by the contractor )

Stringing, sagging, binding, jump ring of 11 KV 3 phase 3 wire line with ACSR contractor

Laying of AB conductor 3x120 Sq.mm/3x95. (Cable supplied by the Department )

Mounting & Fixing of 3 phase Distribution Box as per Norms (Only Box supplied by the department )

Mounting of 25 KVA Transformer on D/P structure as per RESPO Norms (Except T/F all the materials will be supplied by the contractor )

Mounting of 63 KVA Transformer on D/P structure as per RESPO Norms (Except T/F all the materials will be supplied by the contractor )

Mounting of 100 KVA Transformer on D/P structure as per RESPO Norms (Except T/F all the materials will be supplied by the contractor )

Installation comminsning of 250 KVA/400 KVA Transformer including its connection on plinth.

Laying of 11 KV 3x70/120/185 sq.mm. in normal soil by digging of trench of size 900 mm deep 500 mm wide. The cable will be laid in between two rows of first class bricks with sand local sand from each (Only cable will provided by the department).

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable 3/70,120,185 sq.mm by drilling Method (Except 11 KV XLPE cable all the labour and T&P will be provided by contractor )

Cardel Type guarding of 11 KV line made of GI No. 10, GI wire shall be supplied by the department

Fixing of guarding Angle of size 40x40x5x1500 mm. (All material Supplied by the contractor )

Hoisting of 11 KV 3x70/120/185/300 Sq.mm. XLPE cable on existing pole cable will be passed through MS pipe of required size duly clamped with pole at bottem, middel and top of thepole (All the material Arrenged by the contractor)

Fixing of MS Channel of size 750x75x50x3mm.

Pipe type earthing with 20 Mtr. Deep boring and providing of GI pipe 1.5 Dia (20 Mtr. GI pipe ) of total Jindal Make and GI strip 25x5 mmx6 mtr. Long attached with clamps L-Piece Nut & Bolts and GI pipe cape All Mterial Shall be supplied by contractor.

Installation and commissioning of CT/PT metering Unit including its connection connection in between TVM meter. And CT/PT Unit with required size of copper cable . Cable will be arranged by the contractor as his own cost .

Fixing of metering cubicle

Construction of plinth suitable of 250 KVA/400 KVA Transformer including excavation of foundation base concerting of CC 1:6:12 (cement , fine sand & bricks Ballast ) first class brickwork in cement motor of ratio 1:4 foundation CC in 1:4:8 ration (cement fine sand & brick Ballast) and CC work with ratio 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm. Gauge per RESPO Norms.

Fabrication & erection of wire mesh fencing of size 3x2x1/5 Mtr height.

Construction of massonary type distribution piller box with first class brick ballast cement coarse sand, local sand, brick ballast and MS round bar of 10 mm. Dia including fixing of 1 Nos 500 Amp/650 Volt fuse unit & 2 Nos 300 Amp/500 Volt fuse unit with Copper Busbar etc.

Making of circuits

Providing Copper L Piece for 250/400 KVA Transformers.

Taping of line

Providing & fixing of 11 KV TPMO (All material will be arranged by the contractor).

Supply & Laying of GI pipe 4' Dia under road X-ing

Supply & Fixing of D o fuse set.

Shifting of LT PCC pole work includes digging of pit, dismantling of pole from existing place & erection new PCC pole to nearby proposed new place & all other associated work.

Shifting of HT pole work includes digging of pit, dismantling of pole from existing place & erection new PCC pole to nearby proposed new place & all other associated work.
