Note for item No 38 to 40 (i) Cost of disconnection of electric connection from LT control panel & starter of submersible pumping set & reconnecting with existing pipe and making electrical connection with panel board & starter shall be included in the quoted rate of these items. (ii) Cost of lowering of submersible pump set of any size after repairs and re-connecting with existing pipe shall be included in the quoted rate of these items. (iii) Cost of spare parts shall be included in the quoted rate of these items. (iv) The contractor shall be repair the submersible pump and motor within 72 hours after receiving the complaint failing which recovery/penalty shall be imposed @ Rs 500.00/day. The same shall be recovered from the RAR/FB.

Disconnecting electrically and disengaging the AC Squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase 415 Vlots, 50 Cycles, and taking out to local workshop induction motor 60/50/40 HP for repair purpose including complete cleaning,varnishing ,insulation and greasing and including shifting back to location as directed, installing, testing and commissioning after repair complete all as specified and directed. Removal of unwanted vegetation/bushes/small plants shrubs around the water supply installations/ inside the valve pit and surface excavation not esceeding 15 cm depth leveling the ground and removing the excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 M.

Supply only ALTOCH - GP (Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment, more stable than Chlorine Gas, and stronger than bleachingpowder, and sodium Hypochlorite) packing in 45 kg drum completed all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
