(1:6) using 9" size using of 23cmx11cmx8cm size brick in F&P having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm including splays, cuttings, circular moldings, watering & curing for 7 days, cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Fly Ash Brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) using 9" size using of 23cmx11cmx8cm size brick in Super Structure having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm including splays, cuttings, circular moldings, watering & curing for 7 days, cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

6 mm thick Cement Plaster with cement mortar (1:4) over RCC surface including deep chiping & including all cost, conveyance, taxes, royalities etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on the rough surface/ plumbed surface of masonry racking out of joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and level and providing grooves as shown in the drawning including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the driection of the Engineer in Charge

Finishing surface of walls with Cement based wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finshed smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scafolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc. complete.

Distempering two coats to wall surface with Distemper of app. Shade over a coat of cement primer of approved quality ,make and shade to give an even surface including cost of all materials and labour with T&P etc complete in all respect.
