PART - B Construction of Box Culvert

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Speicification Clause 401

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical Specification Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

RCC M30 Providing concrete for plain/reinfored in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification Cluase 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

RCC M35 Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete for wearing coat including HYSD bar complete as per drawing and technical Specification

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforment in foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1002, 1010 and 1202

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/Stone masonary, Plain/reinforce concrete abutment wing wall returen wall with 100mm dia Ac pipe extanding through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) toword drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing & technical Specification Clause 1204.3.8

PART -C Approach Road

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10)using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Speicification Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously Prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity finished to required lavel and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Techincal Specification clause 508

Providing and applying seal coat type "C" comprising of a layer of bituminous binder followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne kN Static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 510

PART - D Protection Work

Providing and laying Boulder apron foir bed protection with stone boulder of minimum size and weight as per table 1300.1, no fragment weighting less than 25kg laid dry complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1301
