BOUNDARY WALL Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.50 mtand lead upto 30.00 mt.including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into treanches ,foundation or plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth upto distance 30.00mt.

Supply & Laying of Base concrete in 1:5:10cement :C/Sand : graded Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size including labour & material complete.

RCC Work In 1:1.5:3 Cement :c/sand: stone grit Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, Slab including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - Above plinth level upto fifth floor lable : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand in foundation including labour & material complete.

Brick work in 1:6 cement and Coarse sand mortar in Super structure including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

15mm cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:6 cement & coarse sand of single coat of interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth.

Finishing Walls with putty i/c all material labour T&P etc.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)
