Material & Labour for Old plaster surfaces of finishing walls with paint of required shade applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint of having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistace as per IS 15489:2004. Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over including 1mm thick wall care putty over Old surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Primer and Emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical Means) Make:- Asian Paint Apex ultima/Berger weather coat long life 10/Nerolac Excel everlast or equivalent.

M&L preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall including cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds and efflorescent salt and trading and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash by air less spray machine (Machanical means) of any tint complete all as specified and directed.
