Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for taking up/laying cable/pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing in replacement old u/s HDPE pipe 63mm dia conforming to IS 4984-1995 suitable for the respective working pressure PN 10 with all fittings and accessories complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying and jointing in replacement old u/s HDPE pipe 110mm dia conforming to IS 4984-1995 suitable for the respective working pressure PN 10 with all fittings and accessories complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing in replacement rectangular valve box 12" all as as per existing sample complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement of 14 AWG UF single core, solid copper conductor automation cable including with drawn through 20mm dia PVC pipe as per sample complete all as specified and directed

S & F for Un plasticised heavy grade PVC pipes 20 mm dia ISI marked with tee, bend, coupler etc fixed on wall/ floor for protection of cable in soil complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement CAT5E solid copper wire 24-gauge twisted pair PVC insulated Round Sheathed, control cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for H-360 software for central control from main computer genuine software operate to complete irrigation system with the help of computer system and analytic the water flow, climate adjustment and automate the irrigation system with including WIFI/ LAN connectivity complete all as specified and directed. Software should be with original patch or key. Make : Rainbird/Hunter or equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F in replacement I2C-800-PL with ICM800 module with 12C LAN module for 8 station controller base unit with plastic pedestal, expandable to 32-station with modules, Large LCD display with easy to navigate soft key user interface, Weather Sensor input with override switch, Water Windows by program plus Manual MV Water Window, Cycle + Soak™ by station, 365-Day Calendar Day Off, Programmable Station Delay by program, Normally Open or Closed Master Valve programmable by station, Weather Sensor programmable by station to prevent or pause watering, Program Seasonal Adjust, Global Monthly Seasonal Adjust complete for automation of sprinkler and compatible for data entry of i.e time , date, hour, day etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Rainbird/Hunter or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and laying 50 mm outer dia HDPE pipe (DWC) Double wall corrugated outer surface and smooth inner wall, ISI marked and as per IS : 16205 (part-24) or latest IS 14930 (part-II), 450N compressive strength with snap fit coupler with rubber ring for underground electrical cable protection conduits Orange colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement PVC insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanized steel of wire heavy duty under ground cable with copper conductor 1100 volt grade of 4.0 Sqmm 3 Core laid up trenches/duct crossing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and with suitable size of glands complete and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 2" Solenoid globe Valves with fabric reinforced diaphragm and rugged PVC construction, compatible with and slow closing to prevent water hammer, pressure rating upto 10 bar with 24AC solenoid, with provision to attach Pressure Regulator complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation & testing of water flow pressure differential switches in water line 150mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting and jointing HDPE pipe from 63 to 140mm including fusion jointing, and suitable necessary HDPE fittings etc. as required at site and making good /leak less the existing joint, including necessary fittings if required & excavation and earth work, returning filling will be done which cost deemed to be included in the rate complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement P.E Saddle Tee 63mm x 1" with suitable size galvanized nut & bolts as per existing sample complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement UPVC swing joints 25mm dia as per existing sample for inlet of golf rotor connection complete all as specified and directed.
