Fabricating, supplying & installing mild steel / GI railings for staircases, balconies made of MS.Welding should be finished ensuring that no welding marks are visible and assembly is mounted on floor with the help of dash fasteners. Railings shall be fabricated as per approved drawings by engineer-in-charge.

Fabricating, supplying & installing stainless steel railings for staircases, balconies,ventilation window, covers etc made of SS 304 grade stainless steel, laser cut / water jet cut (no shearing), polished with Automatic round/flat polishing machine to get a uniform hairline finish. All parts shall be connected to each other with the help of prescribed size CNC made solid connectors, countersunk screws. Welding should be finished ensuring that no welding marks are visible and assembly is mounted on floor with the help of dash fasteners. Railings shall be fabricated as per approved drawings by engineer.

Repairing of existing ms/gi railings & stairs which includes fixing it properly with screws, fastners etc.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge: Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Providing & Fixing of SS grill with mosquito mesh around RCC ventilator at top dome of Overhead tank.

Providing and fixing in position copper lightening conductor including copper rod of 20 mm dia as per upper terminal 1.5 M long with a knob at end and with conical spike at top, copper tape conductor 20 x 3 mm size, copper earth plate of 3 mm thick and 0.81 sqm in area, clamps at 1 M centre to centre including, necessary excavation, laying and fixing the conductor, providing and fixing 40 mm G.1. pipe upto 3 M height from ground and 0.5 M below ground including making all connections, filling earthing pit with charcoal, salt, etc. & refilling & watering, etc. complete as per specifications laid down in relevant LS codes.
