Supply and fix coloured galvalume sheet with 0.5mm thickness (TCT), multirib TM profile, minimum 550 Mpa yield strength having maximum pitch of 250 mm c/c and minimum 28 mm crest depth as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including providing crimp at eaves level shape of crimp complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall include provision of end flashing and no extra payment with regard to this provision will be made to the contractor.

Supply & fix in repairs PVC low level flushing cistern of syphonic action type 10 litres capacity fixed to wall with brackets and screwed including PVC flush pipe complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC connections "15 mm size of length 450 mm" with PTMT nuts all as specified and all as directed.

Supply & fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and the screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square up to 5cm long of suitable dia n exc 12 mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing , any size or type as in fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding all as specified and directed

Materials and labour for preparation of new previously untreated surface of steel and iron surface of any description not exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring (light,fan,socket power etc) on TW batten/PVC conduit including all fitting/fixtures and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor/ceiling etc to match the adjoining surfaces all as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with two single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded bright annealed copper conductor cable, 1.5 Sqmm 1100 Volts, FR grade drawn through and including heavy duty PVC casing and capping not less than 25 mm width and accessories surface mounted on walls, ceilings etc. on & including PVC board with earth dolly arrangement with surface plate for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc and one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor cable FR grade as earth wire and connected to common earth dully complete for the following :-

(a) one light or fan point controlled by one switch.

(b) one bell point controlled by one switch.

(c) One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on same board.

(d) One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on independent board.

Supply & fix bulk head fittings environmental friendly, ultra modern, energy saving, surface mounted, decorative oval bulk head edge-lit LED luminaire comprising of high brightness LEDs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make : Crompton Cat No. LBH-10-CDL or equivalent in Bajaj/ Havells/Philips.

Supply, fixing, intalling and testing of water heater storage vertical type of capacity 25 Litres, BEE 5 Star rating, AC 230/240 volts, 50 Hz , including all accessories duly fixed to position where directed including suitable mounting bolts, nuts and washers duly grouted including necessary inlet /outlet water connections and electric connection complete all as specefied and directed. Material and labour for removing serviceable LT XLPE insulated and PVC heavy duty armoured cable 1100 volts grade UG stranded aluminium conductor electric cable cross sectional area 6 sq.mm 2 core and refixing after completion of plastering work including necessary connectons with provision of lugs and cable gland fixing arrangments all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sub main wiring along with earth wire with FR PVC insulated un armoured multi stranded copper conductor heavy duty 1100 Volts single core cable in surface or recesed as required earth wire in and including PVC conduit and conduit accessories of suitable standard size of :- Two run of copper conductor of size 4.0 Sq.mm + one run of 4.0 Sq.mm as earth wire

Material and labour LT outdoor panel repair including repairs to panel hinges, welding replacement of hinges, scrapping and painting etc complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Note : The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 50 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving lum Sum for Acceptance.
