M&L for Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description and any numbers of layers from walls/roofs incl screed bed or bedding layer of motar concrete in any position and any thickness complete and cleaning the surface free from dust and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified clearing off the premises all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 40 mm thick (avg thickness ), type B-0 , 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in any position mixed with water profing compound of approved make. Note. Water proofing compound will be mearusred and paid separately as supply only.

M & L for Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) M & L for 10 mm thick plaster screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces with water proofing compound. (b) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.70 Kg/sqm of area complete all as specified. (c) Laying 3 mm thick APP polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyester, weighing not less than 3.6 Kg /sqm with laps & overlaps as specified & all joints and in direction should be covered with CM 1:3 mixed with SBR latex 200 ml/bag of cement sealed and applied complete by torch application method all as specified & directed and cured well before laying the membrane.The membrane shall be taken up to height of minimum 300 mm through a concrete fillet of 75 mm / 75 mm & shall be inserted in side a grove cut in the parapet and fixed. if the height of parapet is 300 mm or less, membrane shall be taken till top of the parapet and finished after covering the top surface of the parapet, for RCC inverted beam, the whole beam shall be covered with membrane irrespective of the depth, in the case of roof projection, the membrane shall be taken up to the roof edge and sealed by torch application (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & as directed and Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. Note:- water proofing compound will be measured and paid separitly.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs mud stope rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Plaster (CM 1:4) in chajja and above 30 cm wall over chajja mixed with Water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Water proofing compound will be paid and mearusred separately) in any position height 4.3 m and above.

M&L for plain cement concrete, type B0 ( using 12.5 mm graded aggregate ) using water proofing compound in , chajjas, water troughs, as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge height of chajja 4.3 m and above complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hosting if required, reconneting and refixing in position capacity exc 500 and n exc 1000 ltr. including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20 mm including cleaning for refixing or removal to store.

Taking up or down steeltubing and connections bore 25 mm including cleaning for refixing or removal to store.

S&F galvanized mild steel water tubing medium grade 20 mm dia with all fitting and accessories fixed to wall or under floor as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.and similar work conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality A all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per item No 18 here- in- above but using old structural steel retrived from dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick fixed in any position where directed of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with one corrugation side lap, bent to shape complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 20 here- in- above but except sheet (fixing only) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down / Disconnecting carefully XLPE LT Cable of any size from the both side LT Panels after taking proper power shut down and exercising all safety precautions for working personnel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixed including testing & commissioning LT UG power cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor including galvanised or Cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers etc and tie up with PVC sleeves on Cable tray in trench, walls etc including taking down old existing cable complete all as directed of following size:-

S & F in replacement 2.5 sqmm 3 Core Copper stranded wire PVC insulated, PVC round sheathed for 1100 volts FRLS as per IS-694:1990 including 20 mm dia PVC conduit ISI marked and fixed on cable trey by tie up with PVC sleeves or clamped on wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement 4 sqmm 3 Core Copper stranded wire PVC insulated, PVC round sheathed for 1100 volts FRLS as per IS-694:1990 including 20 mm dia PVC conduit ISI marked and fixed on cable trey by tie up with PVC sleeves or clamped on wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement 6 sqmm Single Core Copper stranded wire PVC insulated for 1100 volts FRLS as per IS-694:1990 including suitable size of Copper Lugs with galvanised or Cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement LT Bus Bar Panel weather proof outdoor type single door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy power coating of RAL-7032 (Siemens Grey) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The panel shall be fabricated by CPRI approved manufacturer only. The panel shall be design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, front side locking arrangement and nut bolt fitting for back side, comprising of gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and ventilation arrangement for heat dissipation from both side of panel. The panel shall be provided with Aluminium bus bars Suitable, 3 Ph, 4 wire system, electrolytic grade of size 300 x 40 x 10 mm. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in dedicated compartment.The panel shall be provided with manufacturer's name plate, skull & bones danger notice board etc. The panel shall be provided 4 Nos 30x30x5mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.6 mt height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint. The overall size of the panel shall not less than 400x200x550mm (LxBxH). The panel shall be provided with Earting Terminals, 05 Nos of entry holes for cables from bottom side upto 185 Sqmm cable size and each bus bar shall be arranged to connect 05 Nos of cable upto 185 sqmm size including nut, bolts and washers etc including fixing arrangement and grouted with PCC. Note : Before manufacturing drawing and design of panel including size & length of busbar shall be approved by GE.

Dismentling / taking down of old deteriorated GI wire mesh Cable tray from Wall and roof or any position of any size

Supply & Fix wire mesh Cable Tray hot dipped Galvanized 3 mtrs length on PCC block by using necesary fixing arrangement. Tray should comply standard EN ISO 1461 : at least 550 h of SST. The deflection of cable tray must be not more than 1/200th of the distance between two supports and tested in accordance with the standard IEC 61537. Wire cable trays must be designed with an optimum span of 1.5 mtr, taking into account the maximum carrying capacity authorised by the maufacturer. Assemblies with specific fire resistant properties must have an E30-E90 certificate. The loading capacities of the brackets and the hangar torques must be tested in accordance with the standard IEC 61537. It shall be manufactured with a longitudinal "T-Welded" safety edge complete all as specified and directed of following size :-

S & F Kitasstr (50 Nos in one bag) for jointing two trays of hot dipped Galvanized and tested accordance with the IEC 61537 with fire resistant properties complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix wall mounting accessories for suitable size of cable tray as required of hot dipped Galvanized and tested accordance with the standard IEC 61537 with the fire resistant properties with fixing accessories such as fastners, nut, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Kitasstr (50 Nos in one bag) for making Tee's and bends of hot dipped Galvanized and tested accordance with the IEC 61537 with fire resistant properties complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for core cutting in PCC / RCC wall any type in any position from 80mm to 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed at site by Enge-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of LED Strip outdoor type, warm white coloured, 14.4 Watt, 220 Volts including fixing the strip on any type of surface by using necessary clamps atc complete all as directed.

S & F in replacement Aluminium tube terminals / Lugs suitable for termination of following sizes XLPE LT Power Cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and shifting carefully after disconnecting Electrical / water supply connection of complete existing Solar Flat Plate Collector type (total 75 x Panels) Solar water heating system and setting aside as directed including repair of their structural fitments and reassembling the same with complete connection of Electric / Water supply and fixed in their original position as well as direction complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The contractor shall be responsible for any damage to the existing Solar Water Heating System during taking down and shifting. If the damage occured during this course of action, the damaged parts of the Solar System shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt.

Taking down and shifting carefully after disconnecting of Flood lights with Complete GI fittings and setting aside as directed including re-fixing the same with complete connection of electric wire in their original position as well as direction complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and shifting carefully after disconnecting of Water supply of Complete GI Tubing of 25 MM dia, 15 mm dia and Gun metal gate valve etc and setting aside as directed including reassembling the same with complete connection of water supply and fixed in their original position as well as direction complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in any position of 25 mm dia PVC flexible conduit pipe heavy duty ISI Marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and shifting carefully after taking proper shutdown for humen safety, Electric power cables of different sizes / length "Approx No of cable 40 and length 1500 RM " laid on roof and setting aside as directed including re-assembling the same with complete connection of electric supply in their original position as well as direction after completion of water proofing work complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.
