Supply and erect pre red oxide primered steel tubular swaged pole 11 mtr long with 6mm thick MS welded base plate type 410 SP 55, including painting with anti corrosive paint internally and externally up to planting depth and provision of alternative green & white strips of 30 cm width using synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 mtr above ground level and balance portion of pole with two coats of aluminium paint all as required at site etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, shackle and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding/bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as required including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anti-climbing devices, spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, Square, & flat) including nuts, bolts, washers & welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Stay assembly using 20mm dia MS stay rod and stay plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, stay bow, loop insulator 90x140 mm made of porcelain vitreous and galvanised stay strand of size 7/4mm suitable for 11m pole, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI shackle and clamp etc all as shown in Electrical Plate No 01 of SSR Part-I of 2009 etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation/earthwork and PCC in fdn shall be measured and paid separately.)

M & L Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green with over all dimension 65x90 mm , clearance of hole 16 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge

S&F Danger notice plate of size 250x200mm, 1.6mm thick of mild steel sheet with one face vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures & conventional skull & bones in signal red colour fixed to HT PCC/Steel poles with M.S. clamps, bolts, & nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lightening arrester expulsion type 11 KV complete with all fittings, transmission class 65 Kilo Amp discharge capacity for 11000 volts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing 11 KV Air break switch, gang operated for current rating upto 200Amps, triple pole, horizontal type, mechanically operated with accessories such as polymer insulator assembly (Set of 12 insulators), jumper conductor ACSR with operating mechanism worked from ground level, GI tubing 20mm bore (heavy grade), drop out fuse and steel frame including application of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing, commissioning and Design manufacture of extendable SF 6 gas insulated 3 way 6.6/11 KV Ring main unit outdoor type with gas tank IP 67 protection & outdoor enclosure - IP 55 Protection with 1 No 6.6/11KV vacuum circuit breaker for incoming and 02 Nos VCB for outgoing shall be nominal voltage 12 KV 630 A, 25 KA/1 s. internal arc B 8 tested for 21 KA/1 Sec (IEC-60694 , 60056, & 60129) for gas tank & cable termination and including foundation , duct for incomming and outgoing cables as per manufractures drawing. HT Compartment - (Circuit Breaker) - I/C feeder & O/G feeder (a)This function- unit consists of a vacuum circuit breaker in combination with a three position switch. The three position switch fulfills the operation of the disconnector function and the earthing function. The circuit breaker unit is equipped with an over current time release for the protection. (i) VCB 12 KV 630 A,25 KA (ii) Stored Energy mechanism for manual operation with integrated earthing switch. (iii) Self powered electronic numerical protection relay providing over current and earth fault protection. (iv) Ring core dual current transformer 6.6/11 KV for protection & metering as per specification Dual core ratio 200/5-5A, CI - 1.0 for metering & 5 P 10 for protection, burden - 2.5 VA

Supply, installation and commissioning of HT panel indoor type having following :- (a) Incoming Cum outgoing vacuum circuit breaker of 11/6.6 KV, 400 Amp, 25 KA for 3 Sec HT conf to IEC 62271-200 with following : (i) 400 A continuous rated electrolyte copper bus bar should be insulated with full system voltage sleeve of Raychem (ii) Floor trunk mounted horizontal isolation and horizontal draw out vacuum circuit breaker as per IEC 62271-200 should have three no vacuum bottles. (iii) Motorized spring charging mechanism with integral spring charging handle for manual charging. (iv) cast resin dual current transformer 6.6/11KV, 200/100/5-5A, Core 1, Class 1, 10VA , Core 2, 5P10, 10VA (v) Core resin potential transformer 11KV/6.6/V3/110V/V3/110V/3.50 VA, CL 1, CL 3P and HT fuse at primary side and 4 pole MCB at sec side (vi) Accessories like local remote switch and all other switches as per manufacture (vii) Multifunction meter with RS 485 port model No EM6400 (viii) Master trip relay (ix) Comprehensive numerical protection relay having additional facilities trip ckt supervision, disturbance recorder etc

Supply, installation, connecting electrically, testing and commissioning of HT Automatic Voltage Regulator /controller (HT AVR) of 750 KVA capacity . The AVR shall be with copper winding suitable for input voltage range from 5 KV to 7 KV with output stabilizer at 6.6 KV (+/-) 1%, outdoor type, oil immersed naturally cooled , on load tap changer, complete with all standard accessories /fitments all as per standard norms. Transformer oil shall be compiled with IEC: 60296: 2012 U/N 42 premium special Grade Naphthenic insulating Oil. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge Make : Electric Field Company/ Powerware (SAI Electricals)/ Indian Transformers and Electricals Pvt. Ltd. (ITE Gurgaon) Note: - The suitable size of plinth and foundation as per manufacturer drawing / recommendation are deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor .

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in trenches, passing through ducts/pipes, fixing along poles, jointing and testing ; XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel wire or strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 Sq mm complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc. n. exc 10 sqm on plan & n. exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m but n.exc 3.00m in depth; for foundation, etc n. exc 10 sq m on plan & n. exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material n exc. 50m & deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spreading in trenches clean dry river sand including gently punning around cable, etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured)

M&L for GI tubing 80 mm bore light grade laid in trenches/floors/ fixed to wall/poles for protection of cable with necessary fittings and FI clamps not less than 2mm thick duly painted etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Tata/Jindal/Prakash Tubes

M&L for Boring 150mm bore hole under-neath road/hardstanding/pavement with trenchless technology using mechanical drilling/horizontal boring machine for crossing of cable without cutting the surface and providing 150mm bore HDPE pipe suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure and making good the disturbed area etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : 150mm bore HDPE pipe is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contactor.)

Supplying & laying precast concrete cable cover, class HV type -2 with flat unreinforced of size 450mm x 180mm x 40 mm for protection of cable abutting each laid dry flat width equal to the length of the cable cover etc complete all as specified and directed

Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in foundation for electric poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping for electric pole and anchor block for stay assembly etc including use and waste of necessary formwork, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out the following unserviceable items fixed in any positiion and removal from site all as directed :-

Insulators any type and any size

ACSR Conductor of any size/ type

RCC pole , strut of any size

Stay assembly complete

Material and labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level , filled around with 15 cm thick alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt and connected with and including up to 7.5 RM to galvanised earrth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimble and other ends of the earth strip connected to main panel and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40 mm bore and watering pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:3:6 type C-I in chambers, RCC 1:2:4 type B-I in pit cover reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 15cm centre to centre both ways including necessary excavation & earth work as directed complete all as shown in electric plate No-3 of MES Sch part 1 of 2009. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away form the earth electrode and pipe for watering complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) in any type of soil n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubbed mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for mild steel hand rail , half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion , drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars , for doors, lalusters, noising to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including scruring bolts, posts ans struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes , notching for wire , etc flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling bolting or rivetting , etc and similar work conforming to Fe -290 - Gde E- 165 with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MS XPM (expanded metal) of weight not less than 4Kg per Sqm, cut to size & fixed with and including GI staples/binding wire & fixed to fencing post & shutter with FI fillets with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- fencing post, Shutters & fillets measured & paid for separately).

Supply and spread 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in layer not exceeding 150 mm thick each layer around the transformer/LT panel at sub stn complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading /filling 20 mm graded stone aggregate in layer not exceeding 150 mm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed

Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in old filling of stone aggregate and Screening/segregating incl spreading material complete for sub stn or for making path way.
