Repair to H.L.Bridge over Mahanadi at 6th Km. on Sambalpur- Sonepur road to Chadeipanka- Binika road_Road_Repair of bridge railing, Guard post and approach road_At 6.000 km

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting , grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over the brick masonry walls including all cost of the materials, carriage, royality,alltaxes and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat with any approved primer (As per A.R - 2006,Item No - 1,Page -93 )

Finishing wall surface with waterproof cement paint of aproved shade 2 coats including watering, curing,cost of all materials & labour etc.

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m belo specifications Clause 1902 by manual means as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of garanular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.06kg sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORT&H specifiacations for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Cleaning the existing granular base/B.T. surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes etc. complete

Providing and applying Tack Coat with 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying 20 mm thick Premix Carpet using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm size chips with 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, tar boiler and other T&P articles including all cost, carriage, royality of chips and bitumen etc. (With H.M.plant)
