REPLACEMENT OF BER TRANSFORMERS, SUBMERSIBLE ELECTRIC MOTOR PUMP SET AND ALLIED EM WORKS UNDER GE LUDHIANA

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of AC 3 phase 50 HZ as per IS : 1180 Part I 2014 with latest amdt and BEE certified (Level -3) of capacity 63 KVA capacity transformer step down, outdoor type 11000/433 volts (at no load) copper wound, oil immersed, ONAN cooled with external cooling tubes/Fins, core type, delta connected on primary (HV) side and star connected on secondary (LV) side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector group-4) with neutral brought on secondary (LV) side & having tappings in equal steps of 2.5 % from (+) 7.5% to (-) 7.5% on primary side by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear, so as to change/correct L.T voltage onsecondary side including provision of all necessary / standard fittings and first fill of Oil, mainly comprising of following :(a) One cable box on primary H.V side with brass/gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers) cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing armoured cable. (b) One cable box on secondary (LV) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushings cable gland suitable for reception of two nos outgoing armoured cable. (c) Oil conservator with filter type, drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Transparent Dehydrating breather with first fill of dry silica gel . (e) Explosion vents with diaphram. (f) Temperature guage on tank cover having range 0-200 degree centigrade (g) Rating plate with terminal markings. (h) Two earthing terminals on tank/tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 m earth strip.(i) Oil drain and filter valves. (j) Oil filler hole with cap/plug complete. (k) Lifting lugs. (l) Air relief valve plug. Note-1 : (i) The erection of transformer shall be done under the supervision of manufacturer auth rep & certificate to that effect shall be submitted by the contractor duly signed by manufacturer auth rep & Engineer -in-Charge. (ii) The transformer shall be fitted on existing plateform.Necessary modification/repair if any required as per recommendation of OEM is under scope of work and cost thereof is deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor. (iii) The make of power transformer will be approved by the Accepting Officer.Subsequently detailed technical specifications of power transformer,OLTC and all other mounting ,accesoories of power transformer along with their GAD will be submitted through GE for approval of the Accepting Officer before procurement action. (iv) Pre dispatch inspection at the factory premises of OEM shall be carried out by the nominated rep of Accepting Officer.The arrangments of pre dispatch factory inspection & testing of power transformer will be responsibility of the contractor & cost thereof is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (v) Pre-commisioning &Testing shall be carried out by the SEI from HQ CEWC within overall cost quoted. (vi) All parts and accesoories,fittings necessary for efficient operation of 11 KV power transformer shall be deemed to be within the scope of specification wheather mentioned or not specifically mentioned here in. (vii) Power transformer shoul be manufactured, designed & supplied by the OEM only.Power transformer from the channel partners not acceptable.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of submersible pump having minimum discharge of capacity 1000LPM at 78 meter head,outer dia 100mm,minimum number of stage 6,IP 68 protection,B class insulation and motor capacity not less than 25 HP/18.5 KW suitable for a bore of 350mm and including 3 phase,50Hz,415 Volts electric motor of suitable capacity including MA adaptor or reducer deliver 100 mm and all acessories stainless stell impeller,cast iron diffuser casing,copper finished rotor,stainless steel pumpshaft motor shaft etc for proper functioning of pump set with automatic star-delta starter in sheet metal enclousers,submersible cable PVC insulated,multostranded,flat 3core,10 sqmm copper conductor 40 mtr long suitable for working voltage 1100 volts includinmg connections to motor/starter complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Installation and testing shall be included in quoted rates and rates for minor spares shall be born by the contractor without any extra claim.

M&L for Earthing complete with Galvanised Iron earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at (Earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connection by using galvanised steel earth strip 32 x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and protected by 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade connected to main switch board or main control board and 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, 80mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover reinforced with hard drawn steel wire fabric weighing not less than 4Kg/Sqm in lieu of CI cover, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 pit/chamber including all necessary excavation: and earth work, form work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and al shown in Electrical Plate No.3 of MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The unit rate shall deemed to include for Test point, PCC pit, galvanised steel earth strip 32 x6 mm from top of the earth plate up to 7.5m above ground level. In case 40 mm bore GI protection pipe required is less than 7.5m, no price adjustment shall be made. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junctions, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
