Material & Labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings or chajjas (FRP or any other pattern) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Cutting chases, pinning in and making good to facings of brick/concrete/stone walling where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing 10 mm dia 100 mm long dash through fasteners bolts fixed in concrete or brick work to hold brackets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) 110mm bore pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with dash through fastners and clamp of 25 x 1.5 mm FI including all fittings like sockets, bends, junctions, elbow etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing 110mm PVC (SWR) bends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) branch piece, Single (single Y) equal or unequal for 110 mm bore access door eye complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing 110mm bore PVC floor trap with Stainless Steel gratings incl jointing to waste pipe with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced of any description and in any position including disposal of debris out side the MoD land etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & labour for PCC Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) as in coping to manholes including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating by using latex additives (MONOBOND) @ 500ml/bag cement used etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge. Note : MONOBOND additive shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply only latex additives (MONOBOND) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6 ) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in panels finishing the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for rolled mild steel framed work (angle or tubular type) such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; post of shed, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply & fixing rolled mild steel section (angle or tubular type) as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails etc complete conforming to Fe-410- W(Gde?E-250) quality? including necessary working platform / scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Resecuring or easing and adjusting and finally refixing the shutters into the same opening after taking down wooden shutters exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Suppling and fixing 2nd class hardwood 35mm thick skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive wire mesh edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing mesh etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 2nd class hardwood plain fillets bullnosed splayed, chamfered or rounded on edge fillets rectangular in section, sectional area exc 6 Sqcm but n. exc 13 Sqcm fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new wood or wooden surfaces over 10 cm of width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel holdfast, wall ties and similar articles confirming to Fe-290 Gde- E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (20mm graded agg) for fixing of hold fast complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply & fixing factory made solid panel PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, all as per specification and drawing upto 4 storey complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply & fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for top rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/seated to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing upto 4 storey complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing Floor door stopper of overall length of cover plate of 140mm long aluminium alloy body and tongue with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floor with Stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, any description, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including disposal of debris out side the MoD land etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for cement plaster 15 mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/'Soundplast PMC-1' of M/s Sound buildcare Pvt .Ltd/ or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for internal/external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnIcal mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over brick masonry and concrete surfaces as final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for Sand faced cement plaster 10 mm thick as in ceiling in CM 1:3, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/'Soundplast PMC-1' of M/s Sound buildcare pvt.Ltd/ or other approved equivalent make, ,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all places and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by any means scrapping old surface washing the surface with Bleaching powder throughly,filling the cracks with cracks filling compound of DR Fixit crack free chemical or shrink free as per manufacturer instruction and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & labour for Prepration of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat oil bound distemper over 3mm thick wall care putty and a coat of primer including prepration of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for Building up the profile of structrual members by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1-5-15) = 1 monobond 5 cement 15 sand in damaged areas in 30 mm thickness including leveling profiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for carrying out application of Bi Polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO KP _ 100 Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (this inhibitor shall have migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a vertical extent of 100 mm , through pores of concrete inhibiting the corroser and depassivating the elctro chemical reaction. It should have property to attack anode as well as cathode which is purely alkaline in nature (Ph 9.5) so it has no carcinogen activities with concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surface free from loose material dirt etc, complete applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (i.e. rust remover) FEOVERT conforming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars including cleaning the reinforcement , wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls with time interval of 06 hrs between the coats and applying protective coating (IPNET - RB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and applying two coats of anti-rust protective coating in the form of Acrylic Polymer mixed with Cement in 1:1.5 proportion (1 part polymer and 1.5 parts Cement) on rebars after cleaning of rust scales as per manufacturers instruction (measurement on the basis of exposed concrete area). (Make : IPNET of Krishna Conchem, New Coat from Dr Fixit ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster or micro concreting conforming ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bonding between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and applying jacketing around columns/ beams/ any other RCC members with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M-40 including lifts, working platform, scaffloding up to 20mtrs ht of building, with shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge. (Make : Micro concrete of Dr. Fixit or as approved by GE) Note : Rate of form work is included in the rate of item. No separate payment shall be made.

Material & labour for applying curing compound over concrete surfaces as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), including disposal of debris out side the MoD land etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & labour for Non - skid coloured rectified ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of size area of each tile exc 0.09 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including bedding layer of 20mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar C:S :: 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 300x450x7 to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick plaster using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar C:S :: 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material and labour for Non - skid rectified ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) of size 600mmx600mm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including bedding layer of 20mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar C:S :: 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Ditto all as per item No 66 above but as in skirting over & including backing layer of 10mm thick rendering using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar C:S :: 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & labour 15-18mm thick coloured glazed parking tiles 600 x 600 mm size glossy finish (reflective type), any design (as approved by GE) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge..(Note : cost for 20 mm thick cement screed is inclusive in the rate No seperate payment to be made)

Demoliton of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid beded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab as in flooring, steps, window cill and jambs etc or similar work 20-25mm thick over and including bedding layer of 20 mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar C:S :: 1:4 for laying floor finishes laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge. (Note : The rate includes the cost of cement screed bed)

Material & Labour for 20-25mm thick machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick plaster using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar C:S :: 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & labour for 18-20 mm thick Granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms over including bedding layer of 20mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar C:S :: 1:4 for laying floor finishes including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & labour for 18 to 20mm thick granite slab (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following types including bedding layer of 20mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar C:S :: 1:4 for laying floor finishes including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs (kota/granite/marble etc) one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & labour for Machine pressed precast coloured glazed concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type) any shape and size (as approved by GE) confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand and sealing and packing the ends using PCC 1:2:4 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Ditto All as per item No 75.00 but except paver blocks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & labour coloured glazed cement concrete chequered tiles 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick, machine pressed , glossy finish (reflective type), any design (as approved by GE); set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick cement screed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge. (Note : Cost for 20 mm thick cement screed is inclusive in the rate.)

Material & Labour for two coats of floor guard paint (Indigo or as approved by GE) on surface of old paver block and concrete tiles including cleaning with brush and water to prepare clean surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china wash down water closet (EWC) (Pedestal) P or S trap including PVC seat cover closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated hinge device,connection to drain or outgoing pipe and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe joint to socket or stoper complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply & fixing for chromium plated brass telephonic health faucet shower with flexible tube of stainless steel, 1.00 Mtr long with CP holder, multi flow 15mm dia for iron pipe or for brass ferrule etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in Repairs lever operated 15 mm dia of 2-in-One chromium plated brass Bib taps, with crutch handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed.

Material & Labour 10 ltrs capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing Vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back, size 550 x 400 mm excluding water taps waste chain plugs and porcelian stopper but including brackets complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair CP brass swan neck type pillar tap of 15mm dia, screwed down high pressure fancy type 250mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour in repair 32 mm dia waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded) .(Minimum weight 32mm-45gms/40mm-60 gms) including waste pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC connectors of 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm length complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied on roof, top coat waterproof coating with flutyne protection technology, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge below: (a) Applying one coat of primer on cleaned and dried surface spreading at the rate as per manufacturer’s instructions and allowing primer coat to dry for upto 6 to 8 hrs. (b) Applying 1st coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied on roof, top coat waterproof coating without dilution and spreading at the rate as per manufacturer’s instructions. Allowing the first coat to dry for approximately 4-6 hours before applying the 2nd coat at 90° to the first coat. (c) Laying of 45 GSM Fiber glass mesh incorporated on the 1st coating as a sandwich layer when the first coat is still in wet condition. (d) Applying 2nd coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied on roof, top coat waterproof coating without dilution at 90° to the first coat and spreading at the rate as per manufacturer’s instructions. (e) Applying 3rd coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied on roof, top coat waterproof coating without dilution at 90° to the 2nd coat and spreading at the rate as per manufacturer’s instructions. Supply & fixing for 12mm thick figured toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair 1mm thick laths Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & labour MS plate plain/ Chequered of required thickness over as in manhole cover fixed to angle iron frame with three Nos of hinges and 150mm handle complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.
