Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, poles struts, etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and laying of cables or pipes, not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with dry fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.)

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks (designated 75) locally available best quality, laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable Steel tubular poles/struts, any size including removal from site complete all as directed.

Erecting & fixing only of steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP 31 (Overall length 9.00 m) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts screws and washers including cleaning, scrapping, preparaing old painted surface & painting two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally up to planting depth and remaining external portion with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer incl painting black and white alternate strips of 30cm each from ground level up to 1.5 meter and writing pole Nos with white paint on black back ground complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Steel tubular pole will be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing)

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of pole, protection of UG cable, concrete base, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC M-10 grade using 20mm graded coarse stone aggregate in coping of pole, concrete base work, protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down worn out/ damaged / unserviceable XLPE/ PVC insulated underground cable armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors of any size, 1100V grade from trench/ duct/ pole/ wall/ pipes/ roof tops etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and connecting, LT UG cable XLPE insulated , PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable ( heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10sqmm 2 core ,laid in trenches / on poles / walls / in ducts / passing through pipes etc including jointing materials such as cable glands, lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 12 above but for 16 Sqmm 4 Core.

Supply and laying 25mm bore GI tubing light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing, tightening of existing ACSR conductor of any size and type and GI continuous earth conductors of any size, maintaining standard sag including providing aluminum binding wire on LT over head lines complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling rusted/damaged cross arm of MS channel or angle section from pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracing, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers etc, drilling hole for bolts in any shape or size with welding, bending cold or hot including painting two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. (Confirming to Fe-209, Gde- E.165)

Dismantling damaged insulators of any type and any size complete all as directed.

S&F pin type porcelain insulator of size 100 mm height, 65mm dia, vitreous, white, brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified as directed.

S&F shackle type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green, 75mm height 90mm dia for working pressure of 1100 volts including galvanized steel straps of section 31x3mm, 12mm dia of bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green small size, with overall dimensions 65 x90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cutting of road/ hard standing n exc 20cm width and n exc 60cm in depth for laying of cable protection pipe including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1 to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning, scrapping, preparing old painted steel tubular pole 9m long and applying one coat of aluminium paint to pole and accessories / fittings whatever fixed on pole including marking pole No on each pole with yellow SE paint with 5cm large bold letters on black background of suitable size at a height of 2m above GL and painting 50mm wide coloured alternate strips of yellow and black with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint upto a height of 1.5m from coping of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming / cutting of the tree branches / bushes which falls within a clear distance of 3 meter from all sides from the HT / LT over head conductor & within line of conductors, and shifting waste to nearby waste depot & cleaning the area complete all as directed. (Note :- Tree branches/Bushes falling on both sides of OH lines per metre run of OH lines shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

Dismantling and disconnecting of old unserviceable Burnt MCCBs of any capacity complete all as directed.
