Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning silent diesel engine driven generating set 125 kVA /100 kW (prime power), 415 volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire, at 1500 rpm, 0.8 lagging power factor including diesel engine as per IS 10001/10002, alternator as per IS 13364, with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on mains failure, coupling, common base plate, acoustic enclosure, 12 V DC battery, AMF Panel. Exhaust system, foundation etc., sound proof norms as per CPCB norms complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S & F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25 mm X 3 mm copper strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3 core with reduced neutral conductors (3½ core), nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 120 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply & spreading in trenches sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete solid block masonry of grade C(5.0) with concrete M15 (Nominal Mix), as per IS 2185 (part-1):2005, using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate exceeding 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting the road /hard standing and making good disturbed surface by using PCC type C2 (1:3:6) by using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for the fixing the pipe complete all as directed by Engrr-In-Charge.

Supplying & laying in trenches 80 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 32 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for boring under road, pavement, hard standing without disturbing the top surface by trenchless technology using latest boring technique/ or by mechanical means for insertion of GI/CI/PP-R/PVC pipe/cable of any dia/ bore/size complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Pipes shall be measured and paid separtely.

Supply and fix concealed sub main wiring complete with and including four Nos single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 16 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including all accessories and fixed on walls and 10 sqmm two Nos single core copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable for earthing and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note 1- Four runs of 16 sqmm cable, two runs of 10 sqmm cable and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length. Note 2- Cost of cutting chase and making good shall be measured and paid separately.)

Note 2- Cost of cutting chase and making good shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply & Fix in replacement of Off load change over switch 4 pole 200 Amps 415 V, 50 Hz, fully compacted in 1.6 mm CRCA sheet enclosure and direct mounted and front operated type, manually operated along with all accessories for fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 3 phase servo controlled voltage stabilizer of capacity of 125 KVA (conforming to BIS 9815:Part 1: 1994) for automatic operation, rated frequency 50 Hz, naturally oil cooled, indoor type with protection, unbalanced type, copper wound, metallic body duly powder coated with lifing hooks-02 nos and digital display of volt/amp meter etc & designed for input variation between 300V to 480V with output voltage stabilizer at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second at 430 V and of 125 KVA, with relay free smooth and silent operation, having no distortion in wave form, response time not to exceed 20 milli seconds, sensitivity (+/-) 1% and having efficinacy more than 95 %, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix UPS for 30 min backup three phase AC input 300 to 450 V and output single phase AC out put voltage 230 V +/- 1% of capacity 10 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
